Oggi's Sports Brewhouse Pizza, Fontana CA

This location is a mess.the wait time for food was about 45min and they were not busy what so ever.the staff does not check on you, they leave tables sitting dirty when again they are clearly not busy.just to get drinks took about 20min alone which is crazy. This place needs to close down or maybe new management. They were lucky to get a tip from me, that is how bad it was there.would not recommend and will never go back to this dump ever again. Run away from this location!

Horrible service, took them forever to sit my family down, secondly we were not anticipated to know that there was no pizza being served because their oven broke down the night prior we were told this almost an hour being there and after our drinks were served. It would have been professional to let people know and not waste our time.

We came here because we thought they were going to be like the other Oggi's in Upland. THEY ARE NOT. The food was horrible. I don't know who the cook was because he or she was not a CHEF. The tortilla soup was tasted like chile Verde with cream in it. The garlic knots were thrown together. The matador burger that I asked for was supposed to be medium. I received WELL DONE. The cooks were horrendous tonight. 12/19/23. I wish I could add the pictures of this dry burger

Oh man. Where to start. We were here about a month ago & it was ok. Okay enough for us to come back on a Friday night about 5: 30pm. It wasn’t busy, which should have told us something. The young guy who greeted us is awesome and very friendly. Gave us hope. Then our waitress came, no smile, after a lengthy wait. We ordered drinks, got the wrong tequila, it was some floral drink, not tequila! Took another 20 minutes to finally get the right tequila. Food came & it was fine, had fish tacos, chips were overly seasoned on only some chips. Waitress never came and checked on us after we got the food. She did at the end ask me if I wanted another drink but I was already done with my food & didn’t feel like waiting another 20 minutes to get a drink. We are very happy to tip well for great service but that was not the case tonight. An hour and a half for 2 people when it wasn’t even that busy. Makes me sad because we want to support local businesses but we won’t be coming back here again. I could go on with other details but it was mainly the service staff which may need to be retrained.

I would love to give this an actual review, but we were seated and forgotten. We sat there for 30 minutes and never saw a server. The hostess just stood there and never acknowledged us after seating us

Absolutely amazing! Top notch food, atmosphere, and wait staff. Allie is phenomenal fantastic service and friendly. It was amazing experience all around. One of Best Pizza EVER! Definitely a future customer!

This place has really gone downhill. The place was mostly empty and was quoted a 40 minute wait. Decided to wait it out. Food was just ok. Service not really that great. Beer selection has dwindled. They're down to like 10 beers now. You're better off going to Boston's up the street

Allison was absolutely phenomenal. Memorized 5 different orders without notes. Was happy, friendly, fast and attentive. I had a nice enjoyable lunch as my first time here. If I’m ever in the area again, I’m coming here 100%.

Came here once, the entire bar was closed, tried a second time, sat at the bar for about 5 minutes, 2 people walked up to use the register looking really mad, never said word or anything. Not a hi or anything, or a simple "be right with you". Sat for about 2 more minutes and no one ever came back to the bar area. Not sure how this place stays in business, but headed to bostons where they actually have good service and great food. Not sure ill attempt a 3rd time at this establishment.

Randomly stopped to grab a beer and a snack, they offer sampler platters of beer and pitchers on their menu but the waitress stated they had no glasses for the sampler and did not sell pitchers which was pretty disappointing why have it on the menu if you can't provide it. Also the nachos were pretty awful but I probably should've guessed that since their main thing is pizza and Italian food so I'll take the hit on that one. If you go stick to the pizzas.

Most importantly, bad food taste, too much dough, barely any cheese, the wings weren't good but big wings, long wait but okay services, there's just so much to improve there, I wouldn't go back.

The manager was an absolute ray of sunshine, she was incredible my 12yr old commented to me how wonderful she was, got her a Shirley temple with a handful of cherries wich are her favorite n we where just in aww on how she could of possibly known she always orders extra cherries

My family came in just after 8: 00 tonight as we were driving back home to Apple Valley from the beach. Coming into the place I was greated rudely, and told last call for food had already started. I was being turned away. I honestly couldn't believe it being that they close at 10: 00. On my way back to the car I was stopped by another employee who said she would take care of us. Karegen and I am truly sorry if I butchered your name. You were absolutely amazing to us and I wanted to let you know that we are more than appreciative of you. You turned a negative review into a positive and others can learn from you. Because what you did tonight is exactly what customer service is supposed to be like. My family and I are thankful for you going above and beyond.

Called to place a to go order at 8: 35. I was placed on hold for 13 minutes with no response. I called from another phone while still on hold. When they answered I asked again to place an order. The girl said the kitchen closes at 9pm so they couldn't take my order. It was 12 minutes before 9pm and I told her I was still on hold from my first call when I tried to order at 8: 35pm. She said sorry but it was too late to order. Maybe they should just change their hours of operation since they employee's don't follow their posted business hours.

Staff is SUPER FRIENDLY.takes some time to get food and plates for Appitizers. Pulled pork sliders had maybe 4 tiny pieces and the rest coleslaw. (SENT IT BACK, WASN'T WORTH THE COST)

We've been to this Oggis in fontana a few times and the food has been ok, sunday june 4th was horrible, the tortilla soup looked like a bowl full of olive oil, our Margherita pizza had no basil, our to-go wings were super dry with no seasoning.
What's going on?

The food was delicious and cheap! They allow dogs on the patio too! Our waitress Riley was so attentive and friendly. She brought our dog a chicken patty for only 2 bucks! I will definitely be coming back.

We went into Oggi's at 9 o'clock and we're told that last call for food and drink ended at 9 not very happy have to go somewhere else to eat now.applebee's here we come.

Ordered fish @chips, fish was cold and chips was cold and hard. Service was bad, sat there for sometime, had to get her attention to order.ask for the check, waited for awhile she stop talk to other customers, had to ask for the check again.

After ordering our food, we were well attended. The problem came when we started receiving food. Our wings, fries, and salad came out, and we started to munch on our fries. Hubby grabbed a wing and bit into it, and it was cold. I started to eat the Caesar salad and chicken, chicken was cold and did not have much dressing. We let the server know that the wings were cold and got us new ones. The second set was dry and just a bit warmer. These were the worst wings we have eaten from all places we have had wings. We normally eat here up the hill, but we now know not to go this one again. Sorry, but Oggies will be off our list of eateries in Fontana. What a disappointment. Pizza was the only thing that was delicious.
