Oh Happy Nail Spa, Van Nuys CA

Been going to this nail salon for years and always been treated right! Always had a pleasant experience going to get my nails gel X, pedi & wax. I would recommend everyone to come.

I went in for an acrylic French tip. The guys said something to another guy and that guy started doing my nails. Mind you I didn’t say anything when he started adding clear tips because I assumed he knew what he was doing. After the acrylic and all he asked me to choose a color and I told him oh this was supposed to be a French tip nail. And proceeded to pain on the white and my nails along with my cuticles are the worst ever. Look at the picture they are a day old.

Asked for something got completly different
He did a refill and refill my nail with different acrylic color! So i have 2 different acrylics now!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is my second time spending over $60 for an incomplete pedicure. I was very clear with them what I wanted and expected because of the language barrier. The lady assured me I would receive the same service as the guy next to me which included the which included the calais scrubber. I just wanted a good pedicure that assured my feet would be soft. Instead of using that tool she used scrub salt and lotion which does nothing for my feet. I have pretty nice feet so it doesn’t take much but I expect certain tools to be used even in a basic pedi. All I received was my toenails clipped and my feet washed. I won’t be utilizing their services again and I don’t recommend anyone to use them either if you’re a sucker for a good pedi. After explaining how displeased I was with the service and being lied to about what I would receive, no one tried to rectify or fix the issue. Instead they said “oh I sorry I fix next time” and took my money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE SECOND TIME.

Great little nail salon. They've been around for a while but the whole current shop is brand new equipment and decor. Did a great job and prices were fair. Will definitely be going back.

I just needed gel nail removal and they answered the phone right away and told me I could just walk in. It was a fast and simple process. And they put an oil on my nails after removal! Happy with the service.
