Quick and easy but I asked for a regular oil change and they gave me full synthetic to over charge and upsell it costed me over a hundred dollars. It was very sneaky and dishonest. Will never go back. This is why my husband usually goes. It’s a shame how they treat women.

Needed my transmission fluid changed. Phil was professional and had me in and out. I’ll definitely come back to this location.

Waited 2 hours. This was the first time
I got such poor service. They moved me behind a pick up truck that was getting so many services done and the lanes were going by fast. I have no idea why he moved me to a lane for a Toyota Tacoma was being worked on for so long. I didn’t even get a discount. I missed one hour of work. They didn’t even apologize. The cars that came after me were finished before me.

I recently went to this Oil Changers (I only use Oil Changers) and I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and kindness the staff exhibited. I came to get and oil change and coolant service. They were friendly and provided a quick and clean service. Good group of guys here to service our cars. Thanks Oil Changers! Vroom

I was told they changed the filter, but I never seen the technician taking it out or bringing a filter to the car. So don’t believe they changed the filter.

Great. One thing.clean the greasy hand prints off the hood! I have a white car and just washed it. Two hand prints from closing the hood!

This is the first time after coming there for over 15 years that I experienced such rude service almost like he didn’t want to work everything was negative that came out of his mouth, he needs a lot more training in customer service and we still gave him a $5 tip that one negative experience has made me not want to patronize them again! After I asked to speak with the manager about a $5 fee they charge extra on a Mercedes because they have to remove more screws than other cars? Mind you I have had my car serviced there before and they never charged me extra fee or even mentioned it. He did remove the fee but said they are suppose to charge it. Oil changers should have something saying they charge extra for certain things. We use to take our Yukon, Bmw, Honda there I’m done thank you for your service

Employee who serviced my vehicle was training a young kid. The kid was more informative than the older rep. The older man was not courteous. Never said hello and I had to be asking many questions. Nowadays there is a lot competition so my ask is to do better training and people need to know that kindness equals people to return. I will have to think hard if I return to oil changers.honestly I was unhappy when I left as I felt it was just money you wanted.

Great service. The lines are usually really long but today (11: 30ish on a Sunday) it wasn't bad at all.

I have been to this location twice in the past week; both times they could not honor their offer posted on a banner of buy 3, get one free because they are all “out of “cards”
