Super fast, really friendly. Even reminded me of the coupon and let me use it for 10% off! I will be returning.

Almost no wait time on a Sunday which was awesome. The 2 guys working handled my car like it was a pro pit stop. Even gassed up my tire that was running a little low.

Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable! They let me know details about my truck and provided quick, efficient service. This is my go-to oil changers. This is my 5th change with them and will continue to go to them for all my oil change needs!

*DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE*
I’m always on top of oil changes and get them done every 3000 miles, oil changers have done my last two oil changes and I thought they were fine but today I went to Big-O to get my tires rotated and get an oil change at the same time and they informed me that my drain plug had been sealed with silicone. Oil changers was the last spot to touch the oil pan on my car, there is a skid plate on there and it’s a pain to take off. I called and told them there was damage and the guys response was that they use a pink sealer on every car, not a grey one. I now have to get a new oil pan due to the drain plug being stripped by them and resealed without saying anything to me before I left. This place is trash. 100 dollar oil change is now an $800 fix to put on a new oil pan with parts and labor.

Quick and easy, techs aren’t super approachable but nice enough. Not who you go to with advice and questions though. Maybe have a good idea of what you want/need beforehand

The gentlemen that performed my vehicles service were great communicators. The Downtown location is also perfect!

Very friendly workers! There was a bit of a wait but I did go before closing on a Saturday, so it’s obviously gonna be more busy. Also, they were working as fast as they could, so the wait wasn’t their fault.

Helped me quickly and service was great. Extremely friendly staff. They answered my questions with zero bit of condescension, I love a non misogynistic crew! Will be coming here for all of my oil changes from now on. Big fan of Oil Changers!

The service rep made me feel very uncomfortable. When he asked if I wanted some sort of filter replaced on my car, I asked him if he thought it was necessary, and his response to me was something along the lines of “I’m just doing my job. I’m too black and too old to go out robbing people like you. ” Suffice it to say I do not know why he felt like saying that to a customer, and I don’t want to return to that service center ever again.

EDIT: This was at the San Leandro location, not Oakland.
