If you need an oil change, this is the place! Honest guys, quick service and they didn't even charge me for the undercarriage concert. I left there with a smile and will return for my next oil change.

I’ve been coming here for many years and plan to continue coming in. They have great service and every one is friendly.

Best service always! They always take their time to explain and talk to me when I bring my car in. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to this location they’re all so nice.

This has been my go to place for almost 20 years since long before the Corporate name change when it was Royal Quick Lube and family ran, the service has always been good but I recently visited for an oil change and after paying well over $100 dollars for an oil change, I was prompted to leave a tip.

I didn't make it a thing because I could tell that the service technician was already uncomfortable with the situation that he had been put in, so I politely left a small tip and carried on about my day.

Oil Changers: If you are not willing to pay your employees a livable wage, it is not my responsibility to make up the difference by tipping your employees.

What's next? Am I going to be asked to tip the tire shop for doing a tire rotation?

Pay your employees a proper wage instead of putting them in an uncomfortable position, and guilting your customers into tipping because they don't want to come off as rude or impolite.

Great service! As a woman it’s hard to show up to these places not knowing what to do. The two times I’ve been here I’ve received amazing service they treat you just like a friend always laughs and care for what’s best for my vehicle so happy there’s tipping options now too because these guys bust there butts off in the heat every summer it’s nice to leave a little extra for their cold drinks. Highly recommend!

I'm new to town and I always look up reviews of local businesses before I pick one and this one had the best ratings and I know why now they are very friendly, thorough and honest. I've had the same mechanic for the past 30 years until I moved here and I felt like I can trust these people to take care of my auto needs and not take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I feel safe and not so alone.

I cannot say enough about the friendly and welcoming crew that serviced my car. Juan made it easy to laugh off my angst driving over the work station. Lol it was very hot this day after 4: 30pm and each of the technicians kept their smiles on. I was not pushed to purchase additional services but was informed of their importance to plan for them. I highly recommend the Hanford location. Juan, Art and Alfredo made my day!

They forgot to put back one of the air tire caps. I went back and they gave me a totally different one. And being that i just bought my brand new truck it’s a big deal for me.

This place is great. I don't need to go anywhere else for my oil changes. They check my tires when I need them checked. They top my fluids when needed and when they see a problem, they let me know so I can take care of it. I will recommend them. They are kind and considerate of their customers.
