Jose was great, and the other guy who initiated me with a greeting while I was next in line TO be served. They were nice friendly and very professional with their greetings and service.

I like this place, I got an oil change & they looked to see if my transmission fluid was ok. I love how you don't have to get out of the car. 1 guy checks your tires & cleans your windshields. I hope the same people who were working there today working when I go back. Thanks, oil changers! P. S.after the fact I found out they didn't change my filter grr! I guess you have to request it. Im almost 60 in November, but back in the hay days, didn't they adimaticly.

Had a really good experience here. Super friendly customer service. Even exchanged IGs with some of them. They can also service low cars, where a lot a places won't because their rack will scrape.

Took my wife's car in for an oil change. Max the mechanic there did an amazing job with his recommendations and he had a positive attitude. Great customer service and interactions as well as with other employees.

I love Oil Changers, especially this location, which is closer to my house. I took a chance going there after work, because I always go on my day off in the mornings. But the line was short and the mechanics were super-friendly and very upbeat near the end of the day. I always receive quality service, plus more. I will always keep coming to this location in San Pablo, Ca. I liked how the mechanics listed in the notes area of my invoice, what other things needed to be taken care of on my car. I was there only for the oil change and will be returning for the other things that they noted that needs to be done. Take your car here. It's good that you can stay in your car and conversate with the mechanics. They are very pleasant and so friendly.

Bad customer service joking laughing and playing while I was waiting in line. Due to a sales man not doing his job so I got poor service. Need better help there not kid friendly workers.

Horrible customer service, been coming here for many years and the attitude given me today was the final. I do recommend everyone to look for some other place. If i could do a ZERO star i would do. Central should send some QC to this shop and check on my info. Hope i can save people of the same headache I been through in this Fdup place.

Was able to change my cabin air filter for my Prius which at some other places they always seem to have a problem or have to special order it which is inconvenient, so this place had that and I was able to do a complete service on my car.

Excellent customer service, “Mike” & crew were able to provide a prompt oil change along with an early morning karaoke session It was a good way to start off my morning. Give them all a raise right now!
