The 2 brothers who work there are very kind. I don't remember the name of the one who helped me. I only know that he has long hair. It's my first time going there.
I always went to the other location in Livermore or Dublin but from now on I'll go there
Because they treat you with respect and kindness
And they don't go to the races wanting to finish quickly. They take their time so that everything turns out perfect and that's how it should be.
Other places do everything on the run to finish quickly and do not check anything

I started off as the only car, but still my oil change took over 45 min. I watched the employee struggle with my intake filter housing for over 20 min. Came home and found a bolt striped and sticking out an inch. I think these guys had just smoked weed, because they couldn’t stop laughing like stoners. This placed sucked.

The staff were informative and always on top of their job! This is my 10x of visiting this location!

Love Oil Changers! Always the nicest guys working there. Knowledgeable, efficient, don’t upsell, thoroughly explain issues with the car if there are any though, and provide recommendations even if it is not through their business. I’m in and out of there in 20 minutes usually.

I'm torn with this review because I was happy at the time that the oil change occurred - about a month ago, but now I'm not so pleased. In full disclosure, the people working were polite and seemingly efficient.

At the end of the service I asked if I needed a new air filter. The guy working said he'd check. He told me that it was alright and that I didn't need a new one. I could tell that he'd lost the bolt (bolts?) that kept the air filter housing closed. After a while he came back and closed up my hood and off I drove. A few days later I heard some rattling coming from my engine and a few days after that my wife said something to me about it. I figured I'd get to it eventually.

Yesterday I had an alternator go out on me on the freeway and I lost all power while driving. I was able to get safely and was able to get the alternator replaced. I have no idea whether or not the alternator going out could be caused by too much air in the engine, but I do know that when I popped the hood I found a random sheet metal screw with regular threads randomly sticking up from the hole where a machine screw should have been and no screw in the rear holes. I didn't give it much thought until a few hours later when I was driving home and my car started to sputter and "kick" forward. There was too much air being pulled into the engine. I ended up fixing myself by purchasing the correct bolts and all is seemingly fine now.

I did not appreciate: A) not being told that the bolts were dropped/lost, and B) having a sheet metal screw put in the correct bolt's place that did not serve the proper function. Based on what I now consider a deceptive attempt at a repair I will not be coming back.

First-timer at Oil Changers. Prompt service. Questions were answered and service was performed quickly and more thorough than expected… my tire sensor light had come on and they checked all tires and returned them to proper pressure. (Tire light now off). A fair price I feel… I will return here…

Everything went well however there is a checklist on the receipt and I’m not the service tech completed all the items on the list.
Not a big deal but if you’re going to say you completed the list you should at least all the items. Ron

I find it interesting that 1 of the options on this survey was air conditioning, But I was told that they do not perform that service at my visit.
Service was fast and friendly, but oily fingerprints were left on the hood of my car.

The employees at the Livermore location on first street are great always pleasant and do a great job.

They have wonderful customer service and did a fantastic job. I will always take my vehicles there, honest and reliable.
