They always do a great job, but when they Ck the air in my tires they always for get to out my caps back on and I have to go buy new ones

They were short handed for a bit on a very busy day They wer Still speedy and provided great service.

The staff promptly started the vehicle service and asking if I would like the extra services of cleaning the windshield, tire air pressure, and any trash I need to dispose of.

The communication between staff was appreciated as I could follow the service process as it was happening.

Top off service is not abided. They have a rude technician that does not listen or engage in conversation. Wish I got his name. Returned for top off less than 3k miles and only 2months from receiving an oil change …the rude technician charged for full oil change a top off was not provided. I followed up via phone call and was supposed to receive a call from the supervisor to discuss a refund and this issue. I never received a call. Very disappointing an plan to not go back.

This place is always so friendly and kind. My oil change light came on and so I went in, but the light was wrong and they told me that it wasn’t really necessary yet. Amazing honesty - not taking advantage of an unknowing customer- 100% satisfied! Jamie is the guy who helped me the last few times I’ve been in and that guy is great, they all are though! I totally recommend Oil Changers on Caldwell/Demaree to anyone that asks!

Fast in and out, if i need something extra, like windshield wiper blades, and i bring them, they install.i especially like they check my tail lights.i hate getting a fix it ticket for those.price is very reasonable

I continue to return to Oil Changers for every service because they are very efficient as they work as a team. David is the one who has approached my car the last two times and even greeted me by name this time. All of the guys working there are friendly but also take the time to show and explain whether any of the car equipment needs replacing,

I feel very well taken care of by the employees. I can trust them to not change filters that are still clean. It is such a relief to find a place where I don't have to question their integrity. Their kind and calm customer service practices put me at ease.

When I say they went above and beyond for a simple oil change, that is an understatement! My brand new Dodge sent me a wild notification, after having my oil changed. Jose was kind, extremely professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was in proper working order! I cannot believe the value they place on their customers. Mind blowing great service and experience:)
