We are repeat customers of Old Arbor Mortgage, and have been for several decades. Steve has assisted us with at least four home purchase loans and at least that many refinance loans. The quality of service, professionalism, feedback and attention to even the smallest detail sets Old Arbor Mortgage apart from other companies. Most recently, Steve assisted us with a home equity loan to complete some upgrading projects. Working with Steve seems to always turn out to be a great experience with minimal stress. I have been though a fair number of loan brokers over the years and I have to say that Steve is the best one by far. He goes above and beyond what is required leaving you feeling like you are his best and only client.
