Old Navy, Burbank CA

Your standard Old Navy. Most of the staff was nice and willing to assist. I had to go back the next day before flying out because the sales associate was preoccupied and didn't take the sensor off my items.

Went here to buy a gift for my boyfriend and the sale associate, Autumn helped me. She actually went out of her way to help me, by walking me to the section I needed to get to. She was very sweet. The store was very neat and the staff were very friendly. Thank you!

Clothes are a good price. And good quality. But, I really don't like the new paying options. I hate self-checkout. It's just stupid.

Why are your khakis $49.99? Items are overpriced compared to prior years. Discounts or sales are not as good as prior years also.

At the time I entered Old Navy, which was about an hour before closing, I found dmthe store nice and quiet. I was attended to immediately while in line. The customer service employee was friendly and attentive. I much more prefer a quieter shopping interaction.

The clerks here are absolutely amazing. I was looking for q style that they didn't carry in their stores nor in their warehouse, but they looked deep into the issue and saw other stores had some pairs. They called em and had the stores ship direct to meet and the staff comped the shipping. What's a wonderful experience and great example of customer service. They genuinely wanted to make sure that I could get these pants.

This is a small old navy but they are clean and organized. The employees have always been very welcoming.

I always like to shop here after work. Our office used to be just down the street but now I work from home and still come here to shop. It’s always a pleasant experience although sometimes I feel the service could be better.

Sorry but I gave 1 star because the clothes were awful. I couldn't find any nice that in the past I did.

I can't tell you how impressed I was with the staff here greeted me at the door everybody smiled almost like walking into the lobby of the hotel all the clothes was organized great prices good parking pleasant pleasant employees AZ at the register had a wonderful smile. Was very helpful definitely the best Old Navy I've been to as far as staff is concerned an organization
