They used to have really cute kid clothes
Now everything has propaganda and the little girls clothes is unisex
I just wanted a cute outfit for my little GIRL. Thumbs down.

Didnt get a greeting welcome in.didnt get asked if I needed help.but overall nice store, clean and reusable prices.

Its always a confusing pain to return something. Nothing ever fits. And most clothes are short waisted for teens.

Love this store. I buy most all clothing for my grandchildren here. Great customer service and the deals are great! Kudos to Old Navy

Not alot of variety in women's tops, in my opinion. Kind of messy with the clearance racks.

At only 2pm in the afternoon the store bathrooms were already dirty and supplies were out. With the emphasis on covid, sanitizer and masks I was really surprised how dirty this store is. I saw 3 employees and they all looked to be working hard but maybe they needed more help.

I love Old Navy. The employees were so nice to me. Usually I’m afraid to go shopping during the pandemic just because I’m Asian and there’s a lot of hate crimes going on right now but the second I walked in I felt so welcomed. This employee named Belen helped me and my friend out in the changing rooms, she kept checking in on us and asked if we needed any help and I really appreciated it. She even put away our clothes for us.

Didn't have the pants I needed. Was an internet special that wasn't clear on the web site.

I love Old Navy. They're finally physically open in Santa Maria, but they are asking you to wear a facemask. Great sales as expected

I had to place a in store order to be sent to my home and the girl helping me made the experience great. I ordered a clearance white shirt. I love this old navy.

So disappointed with the layout of this store. Overcrowded with clothing and no space to walk through the store. Will do so much better with less racks and tables blocking walkways.
