Old Navy, Hanford CA

Rude. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Had us interview kept telling me how much they loved us and how they would call us back.then they had me call them to check on status this went on for an entire month.a month of me just being bounced around from manager to manager.they’d place me on hold and hang up on me all this instead of just telling me they hired someone else.they asked very personal questions about my life to “get to know me” they knew i was struggling financially and they just kept saying “oh she’s not in check in on such and such date” “sorry she’s not in” “we call candidates on tuesday” “we call on thursdays”. If you are really struggling don’t apply here they don’t care and will string you along for their sick fun ig

My review would be totally different if it weren't for the assistant manager who helped me. I chose an item based in the discount that was posted (40% off of a sweater) but when I took it to check out, I was informed the discount was actually for the item next to it (sweat pants). The assistant manager was the one who checked me out and I wish I remembered their name. Karina, maybe? Anyway, they ended up honoring the discount due to the confusion so I ended up a happy customer! Thank you:)

Filthy, dumpy, and totally gross to shop in.like we just had to leave cuz it was so dirty there. I don't think they even had any employees there.like old navy your hanford California location is a waste of space.you might want to rehire a whole new team cuz these animals are like literally getting paid to do nothing

Sorry but Old Navy clothing is far from the quality it used to be. Now everything is made in China and supper thin materials you know like the material you can wear once but once you wash it it never looks or fits the same. Yeah uh no thanks!

Went in and found what I was looking for with ease. Got to the register and it was even less than what the mark down price showed. Store was clean and everyone was super helpful.

I have always loved to shop at Old Navy. Friendly staff & great discounts. Clothing are Superb in Quality.

Unfriendly employees who don't acknowledge you just because you look different from the main demographic that shops at this store.

This location never has anything I want in stock so I usually go online and place orders instead. Otherwise, employees are friendly and it's kept fairly clean (whenever I've visited at least).

Hanford Old Navy is THE best! It's clean, organized, and well stocked. The customers and employees are polite. Nothing like Visalia! Visalia's is dirty, you have to shop off the floor, and customers are just rude in general.

Sales people are alot more helpful, if they don't have what I'm looking for out in the floor, they will go to the back

Horrible customer service. Was in the store with my friend for about 45 minutes looking through workout clothes. Was never approached or greeted by the employees who were standing around talking, store was unorganized and most clothes were on the wrong hangers which was frustrating while shopping.

Just called for the hours the day before Thanksgiving and the lady told me and I was obviously still talking to her and she hung up on me. Never write reviews but that was super rude.
