Old Navy Outlet, Barstow CA

Bernice is awesome! I was calling to do a stock check for pants and she took the time to not only look through her shop but also looked to see if any nearby stores had them She went out of her way to call AppleValley's store since they didn't pick up for me and she gave me a call back. Excellent customer service!

Not alot of 2x clothing one of the girls on the floor was very rude. Like stalking kind of. Cashier was nice and friendly (clarissa) something like that. Fitting room had a roach

The employees are so lazy. They don't even put their shirts that are on sale in a certain area. You have to pull them off shelves and guess. While checking out the prices were all wrong, I told her they were on sale and it had a price on the table. She said oh, not these ones. THEN PUT THEM ON A DIFFERENT SHELF. My god pay more get less OLD NAVY new slogan. Went to vans instead great deals all in the right spots.

Old Navy is always a great trip. They have great prices and a good selection of clothes that aren't walking billboards. I got 10% off for giving an email and phone number so that was cool. The store is off to the side so it's wasn't as crowded as the other stores, also a plus.

I always find something good to buy here. Love their deals amd the staff is always very friendly and courteous.

Do NOT shop here. The men’s selection is disappointing and incredibly limited. “Destiney” (a heavier set woman of hispanic heritage *since I’m unsure if the manager provided me with her correct name) repeatedly approached me to ask if I “needed help finding anything. ” However, she did not ask or speak to anyone else. She followed me to the dressing room, stood in there, and stared at my feet. I unexpectedly popped out and confronted her. She wasn’t even working the dressing room. I spoke to the manager “Ruth” who was argumentative and continually attempted to justify her employee’s actions. “Ruth” also lied to me about her employee’s job title to further justify this encounter. She said that “Destiney” worked the fitting room; however, I actually checked in with the fitting room associate who was still working there when I left. This was my first and LAST visit to this store. Don’t waste your time or money here.

UPDATE:
I just went back to return everything I bought after taking some time to ruminate on my experience. “Destiney” was working at the cash register and took off as soon as she saw me walk through the door. I don’t know of any “fitting room associates” that work behind the register. Again, do NOT patronize this store.

THE STORE HAS GREAT QUILATY IN THIER MERCHANDISE. BARSTOW OUTLET, IS HAVING A BIG SALE. COACH, 60 TO 70% OFF, OLD NAVY THE SAME. WHAT'S STOPPING YOU?

Fitting rooms open! Prices okay, not super deals, but better than regular store. Lines long, but moved quicky.

Really enjoy coming and always been able to get something they have great deals and always get to find some thermals on clearance for my job. But always clean and well kept

We found everything we needed and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend going to old Navy at the outlets.

Overall, Barstow Outlets has the biggest name brands with the most affordable prices across California. Will always come back to the mall area.
