4I liked it, for the season we are in, it was very well organized and clean, the staff was very attentive and helpful, I asked for help and they gave it to me immediately I didn't have to walk behind the employee, she herself offered me help, I wasn't talking about something specific that buy, but I practically found my gifts!
WOW! Strolled in "just to look" and found myself scooping up major bargains - flannel PJ;s- darling Xmas blankets.and the list goes on. I had a Party of one - did a ton Xmas shopping.and returned Day #2.
Asked one clerk wha her "favs" were and she mentioned the sweaters. Found an armful of very pretty sweaters at amazing prices. Rare for me to return to the same store twice.
Great place! Lost my wallet here recently and called. I called and put my information down. Thankfully someone brought it to the register towards the end of the day. I was able to come a bit after they closed and they gave it to me. Everything still in my wallet. Thank you Sean who works here for being such a great worker! I will be returning here soon.
I was there with my kid for her clothe shopping before school today and I have to say the staff at register provided pretty incorrect information and feel that we got ripped off. I already had Gap credit card which I haven’t been using so I asked her if she can check if it’s active. She said it’s still active but I didn’t have that card physically so I decided to use my credit card.
Just about to use my credit card, she said I can apply old navy card and get 30 percent off TODAY, so I decided to apply and went for it. However after I am done applying, she is saying that I can’t get 30 % percent off since I am not using that old navy card. WTH, how am I supposed to use that card when I apply it just now. I ended up buying the clothes since my kid wanted them anyway. I went to check the old navy app and it says that “ you can get indeed 30 percent off with first purchase.
I should have checked the purchase policies but would you think the people who work there know those and help customers. I am disappointed by old navy and will cancel the credit card.
