Awesome place to buy Guns jewelry tools and electronics Or best of all like I do mostly pawn some of my loved items and get good amount for them when I need a little extra that month and way better rates than loans like from check into cash places like that because you have longer to pay back and loan or pawn. It helps out especially nowadays Hard pocket hitting prices lol. Check it out I got loan for 75 and paid back 98 5 months later. Math good compared to payday loans over 35 percent.

Won a gun through DU the night prior, went in the next morning at 9 when they opened and was told the gun wasn’t in the store… So had to go back a different day to start paperwork.
Went to pick up my gun, got home and was given someone else’s gun, had to go back a forth time. When I went in to exchange it for my actual gun, the boy at the counter didn’t even have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience or their fuk up.
I won’t be going back.

Went into Olde West on 10-27-23 and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. During this time Multiple employees walked passed me and even looked at me but never asked if I needed help. I was passed over 10+ times by employees. Finally I asked for help and the young man that helped me seemed like it was an inconvenience to stop and help me and his demeanor was irritation about this. I called back on 10-23-23 to inquire about the equipment I was looking at. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes after speaking to a lady at the loan counter about the equipment. I just hung the phone up. Awful customer service just cost them a $1000 to $1500 sale.

I had my engagement ring sized and they replaced the diamond with a Cubic zirconium and within a week it separated

I recently went to Old West gun and loan.this is one of the best businesses ever went to.very friendly and professional employees and they got everything you can think of in the store from a large selection hunting rifles, tools, and jewelry. I seen a really nice pool stick that I want and I'm going back to get it on payday.thank you Old West guns and loan company.

Bought a Silver Western Turquoise Arm bracelet here for $215 few years ago on sale and tried to Sell back today, they offered $25 bucks, how is that even possible it came from here and is excellent condition. SCAM ARTISTS, DONT SHOP HERE REDDING FOLKS. 999 SILVER.

Man was extremely rude to my boyfriend who was trying to purchase a gun. And kept giving him dirty looks for no reason made my boyfriend pretty uncomfortable.

Went in to sell a couple items so I could fix my car the woman behind the counter was extremely rude to me and refused to even look at the items I brought in. Worst pawn shop in history definitely will not ever do business with them in the future. If you need to pawn or sell items don't even bother with this business.the exit was also blocked and it made it difficult to leave.

So I went to Old West to pick up one of my guns I pawned and I went in to go pick it up today and the old lady at the front counter had a very rude attitude and she told me I didn't have what I needed. So I went to the car and returned with the paperwork that I needed, she told me she didn't have the time to deal with me and then started to yell at me and called me a punk. If you're so bad at customer service then why even show up to work? I don't understand

I bought two plastic gun cases from this "Olde West" pawn shop. But it turned out they would not fit the guns I needed to ship. So I brought the cases back to the pawn people and NOW they said, "oh, see here? They each have a crack in them. "
I was robbed, of about $75. I left the cases right there on their counter and walked out. This won't be the last they hear of this. I fly aircraft out of Barrow, Alaska, in extreme cold and darkness. I have to load and unload the Caravan Turboprops that I fly. I am very angry about having my hard earned money taken this way.
Any reputable store would have given me at least some credit. The manager told me to just "get out of here. "

Very unhelpful I asked after 20 mins of being ignored about 2 necklaces which turned out very over priced for what was it turned out junk.than wanted the price on a watch which I would have bought and could not get the time of day.
I'd not ever go to shop there again
