Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, West Hills CA

I come here alot to get food. Came to order take out. The girl who took my to go order was very rude. And when I asked her a question she had an attitude with me.

Terrible customer service, from the moment you enter the restaurant, they give you a fake welcome, like you are not welcome here at all, waiter throw items at your table and take your unfinished food and plates without your permission. Horrible experience.

I start the survey at the restaurant and it quit by mistake. I am taking this time to congratulate a very nice person. Mr. Gabriel B. Such a great server. Thank you for your service on. 9/13/2021.

Ordered a drink for dinner. They were out of the tequila that went in the Italian Margarita. The manager would not substitute the tequila for another brand. They don’t care about the customer. It isn’t the customer’s fault the the management team cannot order supplies properly. Bad handling by the manager. What would have been a $15 sale for $1.50 tequila was lost for two waters.

Also there is no social distancing in the restaurant because of “the zoning of the servers”

Great - as usual! But.our fave desert is gone.the Italian donuts. Still.great food, great service, generous spirit!

Me and my husband looking for Italian restaurant to eat and we found Olive Garden couple minutes from the house we just came to the place we don’t need to do a reservation we come on he sits right away we get the food like 30 minutes less than that The place is quiet it’s clean the services right that I stay home is clean there is a big parking lot and it’s so good it’s comfortable
That is like every hour Monday through Friday and the prices surprise me because it’s not expensive at all if The restaurant is busy because this is a big restaurant so we went somewhere anytime before you come in

As good as ever. We enjoyed the food and the service. No wonder this chain has been operating for 40 years. They deliver value and quality

Waitress/bartender Katherine was so rude as soon as we sat down. Then the food took almost an hour if not more that never came. It was so bad that my girlfriend and I just got up, asked the manager to pay for what was served then left.

Food was great. They need to work in their CS. I ask a server for an iced blended drink, I was willing to pay extra but her answer was: "It does not come like that". At least she should say, let me find out if the person who makes the drinks can accomodate your request. I ended Not loving my dinner celebration experience and ended getting tap water. They lost the profit for the drink, and I will think twice on going back to that location. By the way, I asked for that same drink before and other servers were able to accomodate. Their tip of course was better.

Food good, waitress was the worst I've ever had at an Olive Garden, I should say it's rare that I have a bad server, I was by myself and pretty sure she just judged me very wrong!

Food and customer service was perfect. Very sweet and helping. They double check for customers (who look young like me) for the drinks. And when leaving the manager open the door for me and my aunt, because we had just went shopping. It was super dope and the music was relaxing. Very peaceful place.

Portions get smaller or the prices go higher. Not only was OG the only place I frequented during the '09 recession that kept raising their prices while other restaurants were cutting them, but now through the Covid-19 pandemic they didn't offer any deals during the take out only period even though you couldn't utilize the normal indoor sit down offers, but they started offering 'deals' with very small portions for only a couple dollars off the usual dish. I'm over being gouged by Darden restaurants. I'm not going to Yard House anymore either.

Good food as always. Lovely environment! Our Server must've been having a bad day. All the rest of the staff was awesome!

One of the best family brunches ever! My husband ordered Lasagna, my daughter Shrimp Scampi and me Green Salad, with Chicken and Gnocchi soup on the side. The breadsticks were so good that they seemed to have just been freshly baked! Everything was just perfectly delicious! Our server was friendly, patient, polite and welcoming. The ambiance was cozy and comfortable. Easy 5 for Olive Garden! We will be back!

The menu seem to be abbreviated. I ordered the never-ending salad, but it had very few items in it I think just lettuce tomato some cheese was added I don't think much else. It was not very tasty. Was my first time at Olive garden, but I will never go back as I'm not big on Italian food and the salad was horrible.

Service was great, food was not so much. The pasta was dry and cold before we made it 7 min drive back to hotel. Soups were good. Bread sticks cold. Meh. Like my home location better.

Off their game tonight clearly. The garden salad was half the portion size. They brought out shrimp scampi and asked if I wanted that instead…for something that has shellfish assume no if I didn’t order anything with shellfish. The chicken scampi I ordered was made wrong (and when I informed the waiter he asked if I wanted some side red onions because that’s the same as cooking them in the sauce) ; and so much for the chocolate mint at the end of the meal. Oh and the first basket of breadsticks was burnt.
