Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Thousand Oaks CA

My girlfriend and were celebrating our anniversary and we decided to come here and as soon as we entered we were greeted by an awesome team by the host. Our server name was Duke, such a great server, very professional and his energy made us feel right at home. Duke was very attentive and super friendly and the food was very tasteful. Thank you olive garden for a great Dine and Duke our server, you Rock

Great place to take your family and friends. Love olive garden food. The staff was very nice and helpful. Food is delicious and good prices.

Had my 18th birthday here and yeah the food was very classy and delicious would definitely visit again.

The service here is excellent and I'm really happy with the food quality. It's fresh and tasty. Enough menu variety, but not overwhelming. Good value as well.

I went to Olive Garden in Thousand Oaks on a Monday around noon. Our waiter was terrific. He went over the menu with us. We all chose endless bread sticks, soup and salad. The coffee and cream was great. They even gave us our own pitcher of coffee and it was great for refills nice and hot. The salad was light, fresh and tasty. It was a garden salad of romaine, tomatoes and light Italian dressing. My sister wasn't impressed with the salad. I enjoyed the soup although there was an unusually large amount of carrots. Bread sticks were delicious and they allowed us to take our time. We finished with tiramisu and a trip to a very clean restroom with handicap accessibility. There is also handicap parking in the front. Thank you Olive Garden for a great " girls- lunch- out"!

I just want to say thank you to the manager that was working last Friday night at around 730.you where very accommodating to my diet and made sure that I was able to enjoy my time. It was my one year sober anniversary and I was celebrating with my family and although you guys may not have know it was a special day for me you guys still made me feel amazing by working with me and my allergies and my doctors orders diet and making sure everything was spot on. I really appreciate it so thank you.

I have never been to this location. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered all you could eat soup and salad and son had chicken marsala. The minestrone soup was delicious and the serious great. Our server was wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the drink menu, food menu, and even the dessert menu, which we ended up having to take home.

It's just ok place was clean and they seated us fairly quickly I'll compare olive garden to fast "Italian " food

We had a great dinner & salad & soup. We sat for awhile talked & ate & the waiter was very nice & left us alone like we asked. Good night

Made an online order to go curbside and it was a very easy process. They send a text and when you arrive in a space, you type in the number and they bring your food out to you! Great customer service. Brought the food home and we devoured it! Very delish food. The tiramisu… wow. Thank you to my local Olive Garden for delivering a delicious dinner!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. What we had wasn't as good as it use to be and our server made the experience worst. Soup tasted and looked like it was watered down. Salad didn't have enough dressing and tasted stale. Spaghetti was bland. Our waiter kept forgetting to bring us the things we asked for, and it wasn't even busy when we were there. We were so disappointed with our visit and will be going to other Italian Restaurants.

Food was excellent. Servers were very very pleasant. I would have liked them to refill some soup a little faster, but still a 5 star experience

It's your typical olive garden experience that's consistent across the US. It wasn't busy at all. Excellent service, though it could be faster.

Good environment, friendly service. Always a good pick for lunch on the weekends for my family and myself. Cannot go wrong with the classic spaghetti and meatballs.

We got the soup n breadsticks, a create your own pasta and the chicken Parm. Delish. Friendly staff too, can't complain.

I love this restaurant. All employees for friendly, helpful, and truly treat you like family. All food and drinks that were ordered came to table fast and all tasted excellent.

We have been traveling around the state to splurge on food we couldn't during the pandemic. Now that things are opening we are starting to see a decrease in customer service. Not here and not today. I want to say a special thanks to Manager Enrique Garcia for giving us hope that their are still people who will treat their customers like they were family and with respect. He runs a tight shift and first time I've seen in a restaurant where a manager actually goes to each individual table and asks if they're finding everything okay in a charasmatic way. Also first time I've seen a manager not afraid to serve customers and clean counters. This guy needs a promotion to the top. Wonderful experience.

The time I had to wait to be seated was like 30 minutes even though there was only 2 tables that was occupied, anyways waitress was cool, I enjoyed watching her spin the thing and grate the cheese, I also enjoyed watching one of the waiters of the other table because he was kinda cute. ANYWAYS. My food was delicious and the salad too oh and also the breadsticks were top tier I say. 5/5 for this place

The staff at this location should have already seen this coming after tonight’s visit. The tablet didn’t give me the option to do a survey (which is weird) so I will leave my survey here. With well over 10 years in the restaurant industry this was the worst and most uncomfortable experience. The server started off good but I don’t know what changed for to her just not caring and result to just dropping food and going without saying anything. Then it turned to her having excessive conversation with a table while we waited on entrees and refills. I had to get up and go to the back to see if my food was ready because her conversation was more important than her tables. We didn’t get breadsticks until after our soup and salad.
Looking at the other table near I saw a table full of appetizers but no bread so while our second order of bread was arriving this table near by was receiving entrees and still no bread. Us parties just glancing at each other to see who got what continued for a while. This was the most uncomfortable experience I wanted to give them our bread. The manager tried fixing both tables but it did not seem sincere but almost like this was a regular thing. With my restaurant experience I definitely would have taken disciplinary action on multiple team members and had them retrain for their position.
