Olive Garden Italian Restaurant reviews
17It was very crowded but the staff took care of us an eventually gave us a table to all be at, bartender Margaret was ahhhhhh-mazing, her drinks were on point.
Food was good, got the lunch sized spaghetti and meatballs and a spiked pink lemonade. The lemonade didn't taste like it had any alcohol in it.
Had the best service here, awesome experience and food was really good just wish they would go back to the old ranch they used to have.
Endless soup and salad and a glass of Merlot is my deal. Plus dessert and cappuccino. Some servers don't know what they're doing and can border on rude. Find the one who knows what's up and you'll get just what you want.
Our server was perfect the food was great, first time at an Olive Garden, really did feel like family. Oh yeah prices were great too.
Took the whole family. Was an adventure and the little ones were loud. Great food and staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will always visit, its my wife's favorite place.
Soup, Salad & Breadsticks!
Positives. Good food and very filling at a budget price.
We also ordered a Strawberry Margarita and Green Apple Moscato Sangria.
Our server, Yara, was pleasant and very attentive, providing excellent service.
We requested a booth and the hostess was very nice about the change, after first placing us at a table.
The rest room was clean.
Only one negative, the restaurant had an odd odor when we first walked in, as if the carpets need a shampooing.
All in all, we enjoyed our lunch and would definitely return.
It's been awhile since I've been to the Olive Garden, I was disappointed with the quality of the food sad. I don't believe I'll be going back
Wonderful meal. Olive Garden is one of our favorite restaurants, but the last couple of times (different locations), the meals were definitely sub-par, leaving us to not want to continue eating at Olive Garden. My 13 year old wanted Olive Garden, Palm Desert for her 13th birthday. I'm so glad she did. Great food, fresh breadsticks, decent service.just like the Olive Garden that we knew. There was a toddler that screamed the entire time. I wish they could ask those parents to step out or move them to another room. Not really fair that you spend $100 for a birthday and listen to a screaming toddler the whole time. Anyhoo.otherwise a very satisfying meal.
Took the family out to dinner. It was later on a Tuesday night so it wasn't busy. Service was outstanding. I had the chicken marsala, 4 stars. My wife had fettuccine Alfredo, 5 stars. Portion was generous, so I only ate half, so there was enough for lunch the next day.
Really disappointed with today's service. I called in to order just an iced coffee. The girl put me on hold for 12 minutes, my whole drive over, and then none of them were even busy. She then directed me to the order counter. I told them I just wanted to order a iced coffee and the girl asked me how I wanted it because she has never made one. They didn't ask me last time so I told her just whatever the default is. She looked confused and asked if I wanted flavoring or milk. I just left. So unprofessional. How am I suppose to know how they made it last time if they dont ask me? I just assumed their was a default recipie. It was suppose to be so simple, but the wait and the inexperience made it more confusing than it had to be.
I love this place, we were 8 persons lunch time the restaurant was full we didn't have a reservation but in less than 10 minutes they sat us down and all of us together
Good service but the salad was soaked in dressing and the dressing was not good. Breadsticks were great but the soups were very mediocre. Donuts weren't bad but I can't speak in the pasta as of late. I hear a lot of people are very disappointed in their soup and salad offerings. Just saying.
Salad not crisp, wilted and soaked with dressing. Lasagna is terrible. Stouffer's frozen is much better. Smother in Sauce with a little melted cheese on top. No meat and lacking flavor. Does not even close to looking like the picture on their website for Lasagna Classico. The only thing authentic Italian is the Peroni Beer.
Save your money. It's gone down hill used to be acceptable - no more.
Our servers were very accommodating to our numerous requests. Drinks were refreshed promptly. And the food was very tasty.
After finding a hair in the pasta we ordered server didnt even offer to take care of it.still charged us and took forever for the final entree literally an hour after we had all other meals
