Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Moreno Valley CA

Great place for Italian. Got the tour of Italy meal an it was so much food I barely finished it. Service was very friendly from beginning to end.

Food and drinks were good so was the service. Only thing not good was the restroom. Dirty stalls, no paper towels. Trash on the floor

The Olive Garden in Moreno Valley has gone down hill
Horrible service by waiter and manager. My family and I asked for the simplest things and the waiters at Moreno Valley couldn’t take a slightest second to stop and grab the little things. Also asked for water had to ask three to four times to get water. I can not believe the service here was horrible. Temecula Olive Garden does a better job. Don’t go to Moreno Valley Olive Garden because you won’t get good customer service.

We went for around 1 pm hoping the lunch crowd would have thinned but we were wrong. There was a 20 mins wait if we wanted a table. We decided to see if we could find a seat at the bar and we lucked out. The service was excellent with the server bringing the next soup as soon as I was done with the first as I had ordered endless soup salad and breadsticks. The food was as expected but a little on the salty side.

The restaurant had a ugly smell like a dirty rag the soup was delicious but the rest wasn't really my taste it was first time eating their.

Restaurant customer service good as always, fettuccine Alfredo is the best, and I do recommend this place to anyone who wants "Italian Sytled"/ American-ized Italian food! They have dine in take out and delivery!

Initially they told us our wait for a table was 20 min, we only waited about ten or less which was a welcome surprise cuz I was starving. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive without being annoying. The decor really is gorgeous, and the food was yummy

Host at the door are incredibly rude. Tried going for my birthday dinner and kept getting told different wait times. Emded up waiting 2 hrs for a table.and we never got one. Had to settle for a taco shop since it was late. The host was telling his Co workers how happy he was when people would leave due to the wait times. Plus. They ere saving tables for parties that were not complete. Worse olive garden iveeber encountered.

A large order. Everything was correct and very good. Btw, the salad with your meal is fairly good sized. I'll eat that tomorrow.

It was ok this visit. Wait was long as there isn't enough staff. Our servers started out great and then died out. We didn't get our whole order. Checks were incorrect

We had incredible costumer service. Orders were accurate and beverages were refilled very fast. Our server I can not remember his name unfortunately. However he was very friendly, attentive and had a great sense of humor. Will definitely stop again!

Wow, what a nightmare! I'll keep this as short as possible but it's kind of hard with the amount of terrible service my family experienced. To start it took over 30 minutes to get the first round of drinks and 40 minutes to get the bread and salad. After the first round of drinks I patiently waited to be offered another round but the server was busy hiding in the kitchen as she did the entire night. After waiting I eventually went to the bar to order my own drinks multiple times. After about an hour of waiting we eventually got our food from some other helpful servers. Unfortunately it was missing some items that we brought to her attention and literally waited about 20 minutes for broccoli and grapes. When we were done with our meal and asked for bread bag and boxes she eventually returned with boxes but no bread bag, so one again she disappeared to the kitchen. After waiting 10 more minutes we finally got up and left. She literally had 2 other tables so there is absolutely no excuse for this. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend dining here. Absolutely the worst dining experience I have ever encountered and mind you I'm over 40 years old and eat out on a regular basis.

I was waiting for my turn to be seated. Noticed Riverside Sheriffs waiting. They were told THEY WOULD NOT BE SERVED. My family and I left. I will never be back to this or any existing establishments. Shame on you! We should support our hero’s not disgrace them.

It was ok, the food was olive garden we just ended with a novice server and he had no help and don't think he wanted it, so our orders took longer with alot of inaccuracies

We ordered online and the service was exemplary. The restaurant texted us advising to Check In upon arrival and remain in car since we ordered Curbside. This location is extremely organized and provided us with fast and friendly service. It was convenient being able to park in assigned "ToGo order" spots. Our food was fresh with great presentation and best of all, our order was perfect and taken out at time promised.
