Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, City of Industry CA

Our family dined in the other night and we had a fantastic evening. They have generous portions, the food was delicious, and they loaded us up with our to go containers. We will eat here again in the future. Thank you especially to our waiter, Christian, who was friendly, funny, and helpful waiter to us.

Server was amazing, very on top of all of us (party of 6) made sure we had drinks and bread at all times. Very friendly. Food was great!

I went last week and if i could give this restaurant a negative star review then i would. DO NOT COME.i found multiple hairs in the bread that was served and i told the server but she didn’t give us bread again and she also spilled lemonade over the table and spilled a lot of the cheese over our table and we felt very uncomfortable to eat there.the food is okay i recommend going to an authentic italian restaurant.

Originally just came here because it was close by. We were not greeted apon entry as a member was taking guests to a table, even some of customers were starring at us uncomfortably. A staff member was approaching but wasn't in the all black entire so we didn't say anything, as her came to the desk it was almost like he was forced to greet us. He said the wait was 15to20 mins we said okay & waited. Not even 2 mins later another person comes and asks us if we need a table, we said yes and she took us right away. As we were turning to our table, a member was zooming through, holding a cup and almost crashed into my daughter (12) she stopped really fast and some of the contents from the cup spilled out. Not only did she not allow my daughter to pass but she did not even bother to say excuse me or apologize. She seemed irritated that we were in her way. After 15 mins or so a waiter came & we were ready to order our food, he didn't write anything down which I thought was odd. But that created an issue later when he brought things out that we didn't ask for. He seemed unhappy to be corrected. He brought me soup so skimpy I could see the bowl through the soup I asked another soup and he said he just brought me on. Like what lol thats so rude. We had to keep asking him for things I would assume a waiter would know to check on like water refills or offer to take empty plates. Over all the food was whatever, nothing to brag about. As we were leaving we had to say goodbye & thank you, you could tell no one was going to say it to us. I wouldn't go back to a place like that.

Bree was our server today. We brought my Aunt Linda to celebrate her 77th Birthday and We had a party of eight. Bree was absolutely % amazing! She was courteous and fast! We never had to look for her because she was always on top of her game! Come to Olive Garden and if you need outstanding service, see Bree!

Came in for lunch on Black Friday and was provided excellent service by our server Chris. Was very friendly and helpful. Came to check on us multiple times especially when I ordered the soup and salad lunch. Was very prompt on bringing back more salad and my selections of soup. Best service I have experienced in a long time at any restaurant. Make sure you ask to sit in Chris' server area when you come to this Olive Garden. Food was very good especially the minestrone soup!

Like many people, I like the Olive Garden - sometimes. Just remember you're going to pay about $27 (not inc tx/tip) for dollar pasta where they pre-fill you with salad, breadsticks & possibly diluted teas with pumped flavorings. That $5 to go offer? I ordered a fettuccine alfredo. It came in a small container half frozen / thawed. What did I expect for $5?: (

Danielle my server was simply Marvelous. My visit was to the Olive Garden by the when the Puente hills mall in the city of Industry California. My chicken Margarita and my salad was all prepared in not very much time at all.

We have 20 friends came in for dinner. We are first time here believe not last time. Too. Especially thanks Ms. Lori and her Term for outstanding service. She should be employee of the this month.

Our waiter was very respectful and professional.
Everything was great.
We decided to eat outside, and he was constantly checking up on us, was great.

My only complaint I have is, when I asked for chocolate mints for my kids as I left, the guy standing on the doorway literally gave me 2.

I'm a regular customer at this Olive garden I at least get a to go order once a week I've never had a problem but tonight I waited about 30 minutes to get my order and once I called they said it was busy and my order was about to be packaged when out of the nowhere I have a lady knocking on my window that my food was ready. Got home the sodas were flat no ice and the food was cold so how was it that the food was being made freshly so disappointed

This is the first time I had a bad experience. The server Lupita was ok until the end seem like she was getting bother good was salted I left half of my steak. Then I get my check thinking it was one total then I pay with my card after it went through then it said I still owe 13 bucks? She split our check without even telling us she said kiosk doesn't that she didn't want to admit her mistake. Bad customer service. Not returning to this location!

Our first time here for family dinning out night. Got two pasta dinners and two kids meal. The garlic bread stick is a big hit and we love our pastas. The kid pizzas are pretty good size. Will come back for sure!

Price was fine but the taste of the food can use a little improvement, other than that the atmosphere here was great. Waitresses were very friendly as well.

Service was horrible and the food was so~so! We won't go there again! The alfredo was mostly broccoli and we never got salt and pepper for the salad until we were done eating! And their system was down so we had to sit and wait for 15 minutes to get our check! Terrible all the way around!

We placed our order. Soup, without spoon, and salad were brought out. After about 2 minutes, the entrees were brought out. (Soup was good but the salad was very wilted, almost seemed like it was from the previous nights dinner.) They sat getting cold while we finished the soup and salad. The chicken parm was rubbery, like way overheated in the microwave. Wait staff was very distracted. The few times she came by, we felt rushed as she "dropped" plates on the table and quickly left. We will find another OG in the future!
