Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Cypress CA

I enjoyed the meal all together.it was decent quality and a decent portion but it's pretty generic and standard neo-italian fare. It is a bit high priced for what it is in my opinion but not a bad choice.

Had a wonderful experience, our waitress was so kind and knowledgeable. She even got me some of their tea to go because I said I loved it so much.

I'm surprised it was very good, much better than I remember from a few years ago. Bravo Olive Garden! The wait staff was awesome and we had a good time celebrating my aunt's birthday.

Had a great dining experience here on our last visit. The food was good, but it seemed the seasoning was a little off. What made memorable was the service we received from Ricardo. WOW! Felt like I was going to a high-end restaurant or something. He was very patience with our family-it was busy but took the time to check on us regularly and refills were coming fast. Really happy to see someone put in the extra effort and delivering a great dining experience for us.

So last time I went I gave it 3 stars but I went back today and it was a much better experience. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara which had plenty of sauce and they gave me a rather large portion. The service was pretty good but I had mine to go so I can't say about dine in service. The woman who helped me was nice even though I took a while to decide.

If i could definitely i will give it to this location less than 0 stars never was mistreated ignored or disrespected. Manager also needs to learn the property way to teach hostess help people n know theres all over people whos like eat by the own n that doesn't mean money is less worth it or not valuable at all theyre passed many other people but well it was just me so i was ghosted

Ordered carryout after long day at Disneyland. Got back to hotel to discover that there was no salad dressing, croutons, cheese, or plastic ware in the bag even though the receipt showed that the staff had checked to make sure it was. Had to drive back to get the items. The staff made sure we got what we needed. The manager provided a gift card as an apology for the trouble. Even though I had to eat cold food after having to go back I appreciated the manager trying to make it right with a gift card. It’s hard to work with the staffing shortages so I understand mistakes happen. We will return and would recommend!

We were here about six months ago. Our server was a nice young man which left us with a great impression, enough for us to drive from Santa Ana. As we arrived the hostess was kind and accommodated us with a booth. They walked us to the north west room where there was only one family. Then an additional family came and another then another…before we knew it, all the families who sat after we did, were getting their drinks served, some had salad and breadsticks as we were ignored. There was two servers who walked by us and didn’t even look at us. After almost 15 minutes of waiting we got up notified Daniel, the manager, and we left. We went to Huntington Beach Olive Garden where Myrna was the best server thus far. If this happened to me, alone, i get over it, however, this happened with my two girls and the wife, unacceptable.

My bestfriend works here (which doesn't make me biased because I'm super critical) but every time I have gone even before she did the service was phenomenal and the food always tastes fantastic. It also helps that I get the inside scoop. Great customer service (and a clean kitchen). Also the take out service and curbside attendants are very helpful and patient.

Was no wait, immediate service. Shannon our server was 5* all the way. Food was hot and fresh. Prices are a bit higher than I expected but that's true of everything these days. Clean restrooms and a nice facility.

My shrimp pasta was good and the salad. The kids menu isn’t the best not sure if I would go back but I might. I remember OG back in the early 2000s it was the best. It has went down hill big time please get rid of the carpet it smells bad like vomit. Put in some nice Tuscan tile for update and hygiene and smell. The breadsticks were good but not like 2004.

Soooooo good! Actually a bit better than the one closer to my house! We ordered the Tour of Italy & they split it for us before serving which was great. The dish alone was plenty of food for myself & my husband. And! If u want a yummy mixed drink, don't hesitate to try the margaritas!

I have becoming for many years! The food has always been great the servers have always been fantastic I have been coming and still will keep coming to this particular place I love it here

Typical Olive garden restaurant. Still has a pretty good salad and breadsticks I only eat the cheese ziti there it's the only dish I really like.

As many people knows, this place has awesome food, and very good service, my kids love the chicken and gnocchi soup. In general, any dish they offer is great.

I'm giving 3 stars not for the waiter he was great. He was very busy but still let us know he got us.our waiter we called him "O" handled the busy section very well it was the other waiter "John" he only serviced the table to the right of us. He stood there at this table for 45 min having conversation with that couple, while poor "O" took care of the whole section by himself.
Also I was disappointed that we was never offered a glass of wine, I'm guessing they dont do this anymore.

Awesome service, food hot and delicious. Young lady I believe Brittany her name was on point with service and no issues.
