Olive Garden Italian Restaurant reviews
17The staff are always friendly even when they are busy. They always smile and take the time to answer questions.
Claudia our server was friendly and helpful with wine choices. My husband ordered the Egplant Parmesan and I had Chicken Marsala. Both were excellent.
We had good experience for a small town restaurant. This is a good choice for Italian food in Chico!
My son enjoyed his salmon, the service was excellent and very accommodating to our wants. It was an overall good experience.
Bartenders didn't believe us when we showed them our IDs and made us feel very unwelcome and didn't even write down our orders, food and other staff was okay though
Hands down had the worst meal I have ever had at Olive Garden tonight. Ordered the shrimp scampi which is $20.50 on the menu. The pasta had a sticky, gummy texture with none of the garlic sauce listed on their dish description. The shrimp were brown on one side as if they had been left in the pan too long. When I brought it to the attention of the manager that I was disappointed with the dish I just received excuses. I was offered another dish but we had already waited over an hour for our meals and the restaurant wasn't even busy so I didn't want to wait again. Didn't even offer to comp. Overpriced disappointing meal. Will not be going back anytime in the future.
Haven't been to olive garden in probably 15 years before my visit here, but it was just as I remembered. The food, service, and overall experience was a solid 4 star. It's olive garden after all. Nothing to write home about, but it is and always has been a solid place to get a decent meal at a decent price.
Ordered online—easy to do. Longer than anticipated wait for pickup but overall the food was great and stayed warm. It’s Olive Garden!
Sat at the bar to watch the football game. Had an appetizer, entrée, and dessert all spread out with 3 drinks over an hour and a half or more. They said I would need manager approval for another drink. I never spoke a word to anyone as the bar was empty. Now I know why. You can’t actually drink at this bar or watch a full game.
Waitress was friendly and helpful on picking foods and drinks. Nice and clean. Good atmosphere
Food was pretty good as usual the service left something to be desired. No refills on the drinks, brought the salad towards the end of the meal and when my daughter asked for extra alfredo for her meal it never showed up.
It wasn't busy and they were charging giving me the table across from mes ticket. Then they had to refund me then they had to struggle to get my ticket to ring up on their computer because they didn't know what buttons to push for a child's drink.
Didn’t eat a single thing all day and had Olive Garden for dinner. An hour after eating it I started vomiting and profusely sweating and feeling sick for hours after. I called to complain and they told me there was no way to prove that their food made me sick and therefore couldn’t offer any compensation. Manager was incredibly rude. What kind of company doesn’t believe a customer. In the managers word “we check all our food for quality and make sure everything is cooked perfectly so she couldn’t have gotten sick from it” what company has a policy to not believe their customers and tell them basically they are always perfect so you can’t ever have an issue with the food.
The olive garden restaurant is one of my favorite meals. I love pasta and white sauce, especially their fresh bread, you will really like it if you eat it. I invite you to come here, you really won't regret it because the food is worth it.
My Son came over to take me out to dinner & we decided on Italian but all the local places were about to close so we hit up the OG & it was pretty good. I got angel hair pasta, meat sauce, meatballs & Italian sausage. Don't get why people hate on this place; It's not "authentic" but still pretty damn good. And our server Christina was amazing
Good food.recent visit they were having computer problems so food took a bit longer but waitress kept us informed. Had the cheese stuffed shells. They were yummy!
