Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, San Bernardino CA

Good food, tried the seafood fettuccine, really creamy, tasty, it came with soup or salad and garlic bread, I prefer salad, definitely coming back soon.

There service is complete trash. They lie about there wait times so if your hungry eat something before you go be prepared to wait.

Great customer service and the the server was very good on getting our meal and on top of everything we needed

Never been so insulated while eating dinner by a server like today. I won’t be back. Not only has the quality of the food gone down but customer service has as well. Note to the servers there. Don’t joke, kid around or tease people you don’t know. Do your job and that’s it.

Good and speedy service especially when you're hungry. Plates are large including kids plates so I recommend buying modestly.

Very scrumptious food. The Italian Doughnuts were amazing. Recommend yhe raspberry sauce. IPA was delicious. Salad and breadsticks as good as ever. Shrimp Misto appetizer definitely started us on the right path to food heaven. Able to pay, order more, and call server from the desk tablet. Very clean establishment. Server was very attentive, but not imposing.

The flavor.you already now. I love the pasta from Olive Garden. But the service, that day, was awful. We wait more than 30 minutes to get our food. The menu was reduced a lot. And for me was very sad to know that they do not prepare anymore Italian Soda. I loved it.buy they do not have anymore. A lot of stuff changed after Covid.

And this is the first time I got take out tea just the wonderful

Delicious soup, shrimp scampi, and bread but the best part of celebrating my birthday dinner was our waiter Andres who was so attentive, fast, courteous and nice. Just because Andres we will be back soon!

Place was so bad and I love olive garden but this one was a mistake to go too.smh.new I town will have to find a different one to go too

Wait of 45 minutes for the two of us. There were several empty tables but not enough servers on the floor. After food was delivered our server disappeared.

Was a nice visit just was over the little device that was to order appetizers. Was convenient for drink refills.

Service was OK, but a little delayed because it was the busiest lunch hour. Calamari was delicious but could have been cooked a little bit more. Ravioli was disappointing because it appeared to have been cooked in American cheese product slices. As usual, the minestrone soup was perfectly done and the salad was top notch!

This is my first time leaving a bad review under My favorite restaurant,
So I just came out of there with My Husband and son to have a Great meal in Honor of My 50th Birthday, food was great and delicious, but the waitress ruined it, she never came back after serving our meals to ask if we needed anything else, My Husband wanted another soda, My Son wanted water and I wanted a side order of Alfredo sauce and a tea, she never brought us more bread after she left us only 3, I seen her go to different tables multiple times and I really don’t appreciate her one bit, next time I will make sure we’re not served by her,
