Olive Garden Italian Restaurant reviews
21Customer Service was GREAT! CARYSSA WAS AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR making it SUCH A GREAT experience in eating at this DELICIOUS PLACE!
The chicken alfredo had no flavor whatsoever had to drown it and salt and pepper and it still didn't help the staff, waiter, and waitresses were super friendly and nice. They definitely checked on us and did amazing service.
Walked out of red lobsters? Due to rude employees. Came to Olive Garden. BIG difference! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Service and food was great.
Told 30 minutes and took over an hour to be seated. Instead of just saying sorry, do something about it. This place has gone down in quality.
Great service. Good food. Cocktails were tasty. I had the twisted Strawberry lemonade. It was very refreshing. The chicken gnocchi soup is very tasty!
Good costumer service very nice and on top of it
There food is delicious but prices are just high
They also had a pumpkin contest they all look so good
The customer service here is pretty bad. I understand people are people. However there was no want to even serve gladly or go above or beyond. This establishment has a lack of communication between both employee, leadership and customer. The idea is to want to excel to keep your company in business. The corporate culture here is horrendous, and the food is nothing more than mediocre frozen lasagna. If you believe in Community, integrity and respect…please stay away from this particular establishment. The employees are overwhelmed, overworked, and do not want to be there. There toxic environment is overflowing to the customers in a negative way, and for this I will never come back. If you want an happy experience go somewhere else.
Had all you can eat soup and salad.we ate all the salad and they never asked if we wanted more.never refilled our water either. Chicken/gnocchi soup was ok.
Food was DELISHHHH! Our Server Kenny was AMAZING, on POINT! Will definitely visit again soon! Date night with Hubby turned out pretty nice, thx guys!
The service was top notch! Skyler was our server and he was very friendly, attentive and professional! All of the staff were very friendly and professional! Food was great, served hot and delicious! Best service we have gotten in a long time! Thanks to ALL of the staff at the Olive Garden in Visalia for a great lunch!
My husband & i were both satisfied and happy with this visit. Food was delicious. Great portions. Our server was great. Definitely will be back here.
A little more classier than other olive garden's I have been to in the past. Service was great and the food was good. We were sat next to the cook's door so we could hear everything though so that was as good as you expect. Was a lovely date night though!
Food is good, Service is OK however when we show up at 4: 00pm we sit and wait for a table for approximately 15 minutes and when they do seat us there are several empty booths.
Years ago Olive Garden used to have a very tasty recipe (spaghetti), now it just tastes bland.
Thank you to our servers Edgar and Miguel for your patience and professionalism. It is servers like you thst make people come back. Thank you Edgar for offering to take our family pic. So nice of you. Will def be back when in town. But with a much smaller crowd.
The salad was half inedible iceberg lettuce hearts. They did replace it.
The margherita chicken dish tasted like rubber, the asparagus in the shrimp scampi was like leather and so miniscule that it's almost unfair to mention the leather-like quality.
Service was courteous but very slow.
Yes! Yes! Yes! I haven't been to an Olive Garden restaurant for several years. This one is superb! My daughter and I went on a Thursday, hoping it wouldn't be busy. Wrong! It's obviously a Visalia favorite. The hostess was very friendly and efficient, taking us to our table in less than 10 minutes. Our waitress was also very friendly with a beautiful smile. (You don't see this very often nowadays.) The food was fresh, looked appetizing and tasted even better. A plus is the plastic containers for our leftovers that we recycled. I can't say enough about this restaurant. If you travel through Visalia, this is a MUST stop. I'm looking forward to lunch/dinner here again.
Wife and I had been running errands all morning and were trying to decide where to get some appetizers and maybe a drink, so we ended up at Olive Garden. We were seated quickly and began by ordering our drinks. I chose a glass of Zinfandel and my wife was going to try one of their offerings.the strawberry lemonade but, were told that you were currently out of the juice which makes this drink. Needless to say, she was disappointed and ended up having just water. So, instead of ordering appetizers we ordered an early dinner: she had spaghetti with meatballs, and I had the fettuccini with Italian sausage. Our meals came and we enjoyed them. Our server Shelby was most attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Except for not having the ingredients for the drink, which is something totally understandable, in light of this pandemic we are in, maybe order extra for next time. Thanks. Maybe next visit you may get a 5.
Wasn't busy but we WAITED. We waited for drinks and they came at the same time as the food. We waited for like 30 minutes just to get to go boxes.
The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Our salad was fresh and crisp, the breadsticks were warm and soft. Our pasta dishes were served quickly and the portions were big. I ordered the ravioli with Alfredo substitute and it was a really good mix. Everything was delicious.
Miguel made this experience so amazing. Hard working, attentive service that beats any competition. I will definitely return
