Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Buena Park CA

We had to wait about 20 mins for a table which was to be expected on a Friday, but once seated no one seemed to want to serve us. They seemed very short staffed.

The food, when it arrived was rather luke warm, low quality (I had the Chicken Alfredo pasta and the chicken was chewy and gristly) and very forgettable.

OLIVE GARDEN BY THE BUENA PARK MALL IS AWESOME THE BEST SERVICE I REALLY LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MGR AND WAITRESS ARE VERY NICE I WILL GO AGAIN

A busy Olive Garden location that keeps up with the demand. Staff was very patient with us as we ate through endless soup and salad as zombies after a long day at Disneyland.

Went with a big party over 30 ppl. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was outstanding he was always on his toes, getting us what we needed. Our party was with blind ppl, so he was working extra hard and very helpful serving with care. The whole staff was wonderful

I enjoyed a great dinner here with my family. It was a fantastic time. Our waitress was so awesome. She was kind, patient, accommodating and all around just a sweetheart. I really wish I'd have gotten her name. If I saw her again I'd wait to be seated in her area. I liked that the manager came to make sure things were OK.

I went with my son to enjoy a meal last Tuesday after a day at soak city, but during the wait of soups that were all out, my son freaks out because a roach was ready to crawl on me. It ruined my appetite very much so, oh and I had to kill it of course.since I was still waiting for our waitress to return. I went to find a manager and let them know the situation. Embarrassed because the way I jumped and people not know what’s going on the manager then moved me to another location. We’re now on another side of the restaurant and the manager says “Dont worry we’re not charging you for this, it’s on us” well let me tell you, even if I didn’t have to pay it ruined my 1 day I get to enjoy with my son, and it added even more time on the wait for food. I wasn’t going to post but it kinda ruined my love for Olive Garden. It’s a place where we go usually but different locations. I can say I’ve gotten awesome service at others but Buena Park location should make sure they clear out hiding spaces like those fake plants where it came from after a fumigation. Disappointed

I don’t care what anyone says Olive Garden has delicious Italian Dishes at a bargain of a price…No Doubt You’ll enjoy Yourself very much!?

Huge huge shout out to our waiters from Olive Garden Buena Park your service was above and beyond today the best ever thank you to you both if your waiter is Damian or Jacob for sure you'll have great service they are the best hands down.

Really great food and our server Damien was amazing! From the beginning to the end. You can tell he is a very kind person and has a really great heart, you don’t really find those type of people around. He’s very sweet and his service was so quick he made my sisters graduation dine in a great experience! I would definitely recommend this place just because of him and i will definitely be back.

My family came here to celebrate my mom's 88th birthday. Upon arrival, the host told us to wait, and we waited. She did not ask the usual questions: "number in your party" and "name" As we waited, other diners came after us and she priced to help them and seat them. We had to remind her that she did not take our party name or number of guest info.

When we finally were seated, our server Jacob, did an excellent job. He was very efficient, and cordial and accommodated all of our requests. He/They made our dining experience special.

The food was good. The service was exceptional, except for the host upon our arrival.

You can eat very well here, all three dishes were very tasty, very friendly and attentive service, although it was very busy here, always a pleasure

Update the pasta was over cooked and watery, like they didn't strain the water before putting it on the plate. The extra water made the sauce watery and flavorless my food was a mess. The meat balls were over salted and peppered unevenly. The food was edible but I would have preferred a $1 can of spaghetti O's that's how disappointed I was with my food. The bread was hard, the only good things were the salad and the alcoholic drinks.

Came here recently for a graduation celebration and was very impressed with how kind and attentive our waiter was. They checked up on us at a "sweet spot" amount of time not too often but not too rare. Very kind and accommodated for my special diet. I would highly recommend Olive garden offer more vegan options aside from their minestrone soup. Perhaps even updating the menu to distinguish Vegan and Vegetarian.
Over all, happy with my experience but would make this even better with far more vegan options or better menu labeling.

Each time I come here as a single person, it takes longer for someone to take my order. It’s just only one person. Rather take larger groups than one. I asked a waiter to get me water to drink and took them 10 minutes longer just to prepare my drink. The food is great, just need to improve on customer service.

We were there on Mother's Day and should wait 40 minutes, but it was then only 25. On Mother's Day, there was a queue everywhere, so it was still relatively fast here for good food.
I had the Scampi Shrimp for the first time and it was soooo delicious, just great. I ordered it without tomatoes because of intolerance, unfortunately the portion came with it at first anyway. Our waitress apologized sincerely and quickly took care of a new portion. In the meantime, the manager came and asked why I have no food and also made sure again that it went a little faster. She must have asked three more times after that if everything was fine now. Very attentive and interested that everyone goes out happy. Lovely!

Food is always so good! The service was excellent, Ian was our server! He went above and beyond. I had all the questions. He was so pleasant and patient with me. This location is the best!

You absolutely cannot be a $9.99 lunch special! Great ambience fun music and a lovely server. Classic soup, salad, and breadsticks. Did I mention they are endless? If you haven't been to the Olive Garden for lunch in a while, do it!
