Olive Garden Italian Restaurant reviews
19Italian food and the setting here is great. Arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. I look forward to a return trip. Prices are appropriate.
I know, it is a chain, and as my Sicilian best friend tells me, so not "real" Italian. But it is great comfort food! And at least 2 servings out of every meal!
Great location! They were extremely busy when we were there but, we were served quickly and our needs were attended to. Our glasses were never allowed to be empty and the breadsticks and salad flowed at a great rate!
Service was super. Fresh salad and bread sticks. Calamari and chicken parmigiana was a bit over cooked.
I arrived 30mins early and was out in 10mins. With all the food and fixings! Awesome experience!
Everything I had was delicious had the tour of Italy dinner but the chicken cutlet is overcooked and is dry and burnt everything this is the Cross Country Yonkers one
Pretty bad service, I was sitting at the table without any attention from the servers. I would never go this pathetic place again! Even after complaining to the manager nothing changed. BAD Customer Service!
The food is great and creative. Our server was wonderful and he had a delightful personality. Could ask for a better experience.
We loved it all, service and food, our server was the best of the best her name is Stacy at Carmel Montain
The food is the same as it always is (processed, and pre-made, so the franchised restaurants have the exact same thing). The building and front steps need work. Front steps have had yellow caution tape for more than 2 months now. The interior work seems to have halted, as there are parts in need of a paint job. The encouraged use of the table top kiosks are really the kicker on top. Nothing says money for nothing and tips for free like those gadgets. Olive Garden continues to go down hill.
Went to have dinner with some friends. It was super packed and had to wait 25 min for a table but the service was great and the food nice and hot. Glad we waited around. I've never been disappointed at this Olive Garden.
It's an olive garden. It isn't going to win any awards, but it serves decent "homestyle" Italian food.
We go all the time and as usual the food was very good, but on this visit our waiter made several errors and that dampened the experience for us.
The carbonara with shrimp was so good but the serving was too big for me I had to box the half leftover for home.
Great service, food was good, and the prices were great, Even though it was a chain, there food quality was great!
Disappointed in their ability to handle a big group. Food was good but delivery time was not very good.
Great value. Average taste. It is a safe bet for a meal. Nothing above average for this typical chain restaurant.
Our waiter was fantastic. I loved getting a dinner to go for just $6. How nice to have a dinner already made.
