Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Carlsbad CA

One of my preferred places to grab something to eat.very good location, always clean, and awesome customer service. Keep it up!

I frequent this superb restaurant often since I enjoy the ambiance that is exist in this restaurant. The personel is exceptionally cordial and well trained. The service is remarkablywonderfully efficient. Also, the food you get is outstanding. I have been there often and I was never disappointed. The cost is reasobable. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.

Ordered food from here for pickup. They messed up one of our meal items. Totally forgot a drink that I had to ask for as the employee jetted off back into the restaurant. Not to mention when I got home with the food it was over cooked and undercooked and not appetizing at all.

Did Carry out, quick, and order was correct and everything tasted wonderful. Recommend the stuffed shells.

Even though we came 5.minutes after they were supposed to close, they still served us. AWESOME STAFF!

Good atmosphere. Good Service. We sit at the bar 4 Dinners. The Bartender is great. Best service every visit

Great food, good staff, but dirty cups, even after I asked to get a clean one they still brought me a dirty cup, I guess there standards are low on clean cups

Their salad is always great. Atmosphere was very pleasant and food was outstanding. Drinks were on-point and the service was outstanding.

Loved My Waiter had a great Smile, Attention to detail, I enjoyed my Meal so much I ordered a Coffee & Desert which is seldom for me. Well done Olive Garden!

Outdated decore and good service. Food is tasty and as expected. It's a good place to go with the folks.

They took a little too long to bring our food and drinks out. Maybe it was because they were really busy? I cant say. But I got a bit impatient at times. Other then that the food was delicious and so were the alcoholic drinks.

So so, love salad & bread sticks. The rest I can make better at home. Go to the coast area "Carlsbad Village " priced the same and better menu. CHEERS

Came for lunch on a Saturday. No wait. Great service and food. Walked into restroom to wash our hands and it was a bit messy but its not a deal breaker. We will be back.

Got there at 7. Waited1 hour to be seated. We had 10 people in our group. Half of us ate while the other half waited for there food. At 1030 2 out of the 5 hot there food, while the other 3 watched us eat. This was supposed to be a birthday dinner for my cousin. 11: 15 we were told by the waitress what food we had was no charge. We know it wasn't her fault it was the kitchens fault. We even left her a great tip $. What a nite to remember.

I found the food was delicious and selection from the menu made it easy to satisfy your appetite.service from when you first step into the Olive garden and thru table service was excellent and made you feel very comfortable and welcome. Sam

Food was okay pasta was very dry. The server act like he didn't want to attend to us. It was a mess.won't be going back

Did not ask if we wanted to sample the wine. And actually wanted to. Took my son for his birthday so he could have a nice birthday and had to ask for sample and other stuff I wasn't about to ask for the free dessert. This is the second time it happened. The first time it was me. My friend that took me was upset. Now I understand why. Going to have to find another Italian restraunt.

Relaxing atmosphere followed up by very friendly and courteous staff. Great food! Traveling in Southern California and stumbled on this place. Great place to stumble on! Last place we ate at before our long drive back to the bay area. Very satisfied!

Wait staff is pleasant but the facilities need some major renovations, and the building just looks and feels old.
