Excellent food. If your not ready to step out and dine due to Covid. Than don't complain about seating issues. They are following the rules. Be glad they are open. Or order out.

It was so nice to be able to sit at a restaurant again. Olive Garden was our first choice and they went above and beyond with their service along with following proper safety protocol. William was our server, who greeted us with friendly professionalism.

Today was awesome although my food was ready a couple of min late didnt bother me understandable. Covid, but i want to give my deep appreciation to Kristian, chris and hugo for prep and delivery very nice, efficient, patient with my order.your parents did a great job! Thank you again. Jenny

Finally decided to go eat out tonight to patio dine at Olive Garden in Chino WOW were we impressed! Our wait was an hour long but the host "Kyle" went and got us warm breadsticks because we mentioned to him my sugar was dropping. Great waitress very, very sweet. Other employees, when we were leaving, held the door open for me! I'm just extremely impressed not to mention the food was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Too long to wait, we waited 20 mins and still people ahead of us hadn't gotten the seats, they should hire more staffs

Bad experience. After placing an order, I wasn't informed about picking up my order at a specific time. Had to sit in my car longer than expected.

Jonathan was my husbands and i waiter. It was my husbands first trip to olive garden. Originally i had wanted to take my hysband for his birthday, but we just had too much going on. My husband (aug 3) and our waiter jonathan (aug14) were both leos. And on account we went aug 23 our waiter still honered the birthday and sang happy birthday. Our overall visit to olive garden was THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD BECAUSE OF JONATHAN! THANKYOU WE WILL BE BACK TO SEE YOU SOON.

Have not been to O/G in years. Was ok but overpriced for quality of food. Salad was disappointment.

We stopped by at the last minute for to go order. We place the order at the counter and we were there may be a total of 15 minutes and the food was wonderful

Slow service. One guest in our party didn't receive her food until 20 minutes after we received ours. Handled poorly.

Last time I ate here I got very sick i think it was the chocolate cake or the pasta so I'm not coming back to this location might get you sick some of the seafood pasta so don't go here.

Went in for the special to go but needed bartender's help to get it the way I needed it. What a peasant surprise!
Great service, delicious wine (while waiting) and food was classic.

Loved the "Buy One, Get One Free" deal. Did and alcohol was great, although if you order a sangria, ask them to take it easy on the ice.

Excellent service Miguel was wonderful however the pasta left a lot to be desired the angel hair pasta and regular pasta with marinara sauce unbelievable no flavor very minimal sauce to coat the pasta. When we ask for extra marinara sauce they brought out a little ceramic container with maybe 4 oz of sauce that I guess you would dip your mozzarella cheese sticks in and not for your pasta. Very very very disappointed

The food was good, and the service was prompt and friendly. This is a good standby for a reliably good time at a restaurant.

I was very pleased with my experience here. I ordered the wrong thing but the waiter, I'm pretty sure his name was Joey, happily took it back & asked what I wanted instead. The best part is he swapped it out on the bill. Thank you Joey!

Best customer service very clean restaurant everything was fresh and they serve you with a smile

This is not authentic Italian. I got the Tour of Italy and it did not have any of the popular dishes like it claimed. The food was decent but nothing to be awed about. The bottomless garlic bread was too stiff for my liking. Cooking was decent at best. The server was great and made my time better but I was really hoping more from the food.

Today my family and I decided to visit this beautiful restaurant and we were very excited. Staff is very attentive and very helpful. The restaurant is elegant, clean and has delicious food. You will be very happy when you are there
