Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Ontario CA

The food is always delicious, but our server was rude and failed to check on if we needed anything. Had one glass of water and was not refilled when asked. Other than that, the food is worth it.

Server was great at the beginning of service, then became a little distracted with other customers, while needed to wait for water drink refills and soup.and when it came to check out paying cash was an issue because it took the waiter three times to get the correct amount of change due back which took awhile.

Placed a online order and they did not put my wife's food in the bag. Got home and guess what wife end up having to cook. The sad part is i order from the san Bernardino location for my employees all the time at least 3 times a month on sundays. Lets get it together olive garden!

We received great service from our waitress on our visit.it does get a little packed here but what do you expect; it's right next to the mall.the waitress was able to juggle our table and however many others but still came often and asked us if we need anything at a constant pace.the food was served hot, exactly how we wanted it and delicious!

A victim of its own success, horribly crowded. Food is great. But for a two hour wait. I'd rather explore other options. Also, no same-day reservations, evidently.

Ok, it's Olive Garden. I do not have high expectations or think this is real Italian. I've been to this location on several occasions. The best thing.moderate prices. But, very poor service every time. No silverware; had to ask multiple times for silverware even after food was served. No server after being seated for 25 mins; had to ask for manager. Food being served with sauce when specifically asking for no sauce. 3 different times! Go to Sbarro's in the Mills instead!

Service was really slow, and their sauces had what seemed like no salt in them.
I've definitely had better service at other Olive Gardens

The wait to get in restaurant is extremely long every time I go here so be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour. But the service and food are amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. Zuppa Toscana soup is the best.

We went early in afternoon. (4 pm) The hostess showed us an small table, when at least 6 booth were open and ready to be occupied. My husband and I asked for one booth instead; she said will be at least 15 min waiting for that. We really didnt understand and I complained about it.
Suddenly a booth was open and ready. We weren't offer free sample of wine.
The server in charge did a very good job and was quickly and efficient.

Not as good as it used to be.
What happen to the salad dressing?
I cant taste it!
Hot soup? Warm at best.
Disappointing.

This location in particular always have a long period of waiting in special if you party is over 5,

Great salad, delicious options and combos for lunch.try building your own plate.it is not expensive

There's been a long wait time the last 3 times I ate here. The service wasn't great either. I think they could use more severs. I also experienced gnats flying around, which was very bothersome when trying to eat. That made it very difficult to enjoy my food.

Really good food. Quin the waitress.really good at her job. An asset to the restaurant. Hope they are as good to her.

I am always impressed by this Olive Garden. I adored our waitress, she was humorous and fun and suggested good options.
