Best complex to live in in San Diego! It’s like living in a resort! My husband and I moved here in July and shout out to AMANDA! She was amazing with all the move and she is the best at throwing wine parties for the complex! Thank you for a great wine night!

Loved this apartment bur getting more and more terrible since they brought in a new company to manage the parking garage. Changes out of no where, lease not update to reflect changes. They are finding more and more predatory reasons to tow people from the parking garage like their tags being expired. Not renewing my lease.

Loved my apartment at Olympus Corsair. This is the second time I resided at this complex. I have to move for work but anytime I am in the San Diego area, this is my home. My apartment is modern and quiet but there are plenty of resident activities if you want to be involved.
The staff at Olympus Corsair are top notch. They are always willing to assist with any issues. My move out of the property due to employment location was extremely stressful but they went above and beyond to help any way they could.
I highly recommend this property.

I recently moved in (Early December 2022) from the east coast and so far I enjoy the community. Lots of great amenities in a quiet area and central to all the fun San Diego has to offer. It is very safe area with little disturbances. Amanda at the Leasing office helped with giving me a tour of the property before I decided to commit to a lease here and she helped me with my transition and move in process.

I just live her for 8 month, worset but good, I have to say!their maintence is so slow, one time I have leak in my kitchen, then take 3 weeks to finished the work, second time, the ac is not heat in mid night, San diego is little code in winter, I have stay cold for a one week after that, and there is no excuse from the team and rebruisement, but the maintence last for a week to help on me

The people that work in the office are very rude and need professional training in working with people / management. Gates are constantly opened or unlocked whenever I visit my friends that live here which seems unsafe. Was smoking a cigarette on the sidewalk & was questioned as to what I'm doing there. The sidewalk is public property & I was visiting my friends so the harassment was uncalled for. Pretty sad considering the property has much potential.

I want to Thank Amanda She was super helpful kind and make me so welcome here the first day I came for a tour, she helped me guide me though every step and responded every question I had so quick.make it all easy and very smoothly for the move in day. Excellent customer service.thank you.i am looking forward to new beginning with Olympus Corsair

A resort-style apartment complex! Service requests have been fixed quickly, the amenities are usually cleaned and well-maintained, airport noise is surprisingly unnoticeable but the walls are thin and you can definitely hear your neighbors (doesn’t bother me tho). Parking situation is great, never had an issue with neither my car or guests. Good location for students, close enough to everything in the city and Uber to downtown is cheap. Neighbors are mostly nice and considerate. Overall, very happy I’ve moved here and hope to stay here for a long time:)

I have unfortunately, had a really poor experience here & I really hate to say it.
At first, I really enjoyed it, but what has been really frustrating is actually just the management here. They have made me feel really uncomfortable from the start & anytime that I have needed help, they would respond in a condescending way, or not actually help me. It has made me feel undervalued as not only a customer, but also a resident here. I moved here from Florida and wanted to move to a place where I felt comfortable, and it’s pretty upsetting that the management doesn’t seem to have my back. I’ve had packages gone missing left, and right, I’ve even had flowers delivered to the front office for my birthday, and they threw them away because I was at work and couldn’t return their phone call. I’ve had guests ask for directions and were poorly treated, one of my guys even said that someone upfront had rolled her eyes at them. It’s just really upsetting. Overall, I think the people that work in the leasing office need some training specifically in leadership and professionalism.

I just moved in few days ago, Amanda Moore is very wonderful and helpful, everything went smoothly! I love the place and the amenities. Only one thing I wish I knew before then I will choose the different unit because there is young kid living on the upper unit above mine so I heard the stomper and running around a lots! Nothing to do with the management. I still give this place 5 stars.

What a great team. Perfect example of customer service. We just moved to San Diego. Went to view so many places. Amanda the leasing agent was awesome before we even said hello. Called her so many times to ask questions and she was always happy to help. Rebecca the property manager was so welcoming. Property is kept in pristine condition.

When I live here, the manager named Britney Kaminski is very rude and ugly to refuse my help and charge me many fees, also, this apartment has the firs alerts frequently in mid night, which is noise and very bad thing to break your sweet night. My package also get lost frequently. I have to wait and see the Amazon result and no any feeback from the management team. I still live here it is because no choice

I would have given this place 5 stars but what we hate about this place is their package/mail room. It’s horrible. Management should do something about it. It’s sooooo disorganized. You can’t find your package. I’ve had couple of small
Packages that arrived and it was nowhere to be found. I’ve always loved to order online but now I dread having stuff delivered because of my fear that either I will take too long to find my package or get lost again or maybe even stolen. Other than the packaging room we love this place. It’s a resort style apartment with great amenities such as club room, game room, pool, gym, and each courtyard has it’s own unique courtyard. The management also hosts a lot of community gatherings. It’s a really great community but I wish the packaging room will change. It sucks out of the fun from ordering online.

Too bad we had to leave this wonderful apartment because we are a Navy family moving in RI now. All the experiences we had there were absolutely exceptional from staff (especially George) to apartment itself and amenities. If we move back in SD in the future this place would the first choice to be called our home again!

Definitely a resort style complex! Amanda made the onboarding process so simple and continues to always help with our questions and concerns. She is so helpful and kind, she really sold this place for us! The pool is perfect and I love working remote there and bringing friends over. We also have two dogs and it is a very dog friendly complex. We are enjoying our stay at Olympus Corsair!
