I love it! It has excellent service! They are all so patient and clarify all your doubts every time you go! Why aren't you buying just anything! I've been there up to 5 times.to decide on a speedmaster (and I'm delighted!)
and Roberto helped me incredibly in the process… everyone is very nice and attentive, even the doorman

I was just wanting to check out the new 75th Anniversary offerings at the Fashion Valley Omega Boutique. The staff members all very friendly, extremely accommodating and professional! Speaking with Robert, he genuinely loves watches and assisting clients in finding the perfect timepiece for their collections. We really enjoyed our experience, and walked out with the new Seamaster 75th Anniversary edition. Thank you so much!

Really poor experience. The person working there was unfriendly and unprofessional, almost as if they did not want to be there. Won't be giving them my business anytime soon.

Lisbeth is my Omega Lady at Fashion Valley! Very kind, and attentive. I was lead to a private cubicle where she gave me a good sampling of watches. Went the extra mile to get the watches that I wanted.

The advantage of going to a "Boutique" and not an "Authorized Dealer" is they have more of a selection of hard to get models.

Although I live a few counties away, I will visit Omega Fashion Valley in the near future.

Had a wonderful first experience with luxury watches here at this Omega store. Francesca and a few other associates (whose name I cannot recall) helped with adjustments as well as providing me with information about my specific watch. Highly recommend.

Francesca was wonderful and patient as I tried different watches. I walked out with a white-dialled Seamaster 300M diver. Couldn’t be happier with the buying experience and with my new watch.

I’ve been to several different Omega boutiques across the country, and this was by far the friendliest and most pleasant visit I’ve had. Stopped in just to look around and didn’t have any intention of buying a watch as my Omega collection is fairly complete, but the staff were very friendly and attentive nonetheless. They were happy to show me around the store and answer questions. I’ll be more than happy to purchase from them in the future or bring my Omega watches to them for service. Such an excellent brand, and their customer service is the best in the business.

Had a wonderful experience here. Sally was very welcoming, she answered all my questions and was very informative. I love my new Omega Seamaster. Thank you!

I was pretty disappointed the way I was treated when asking to have my MoonSwatch band changed. I was told it’s NOT an Omega and they can’t touch it. I found this odd because it says Omega and they even sell nato straps for it… regardless I think this location needs train staff to be a bit more respectful and less condescending.
