Omega is a brand I dream of owning one day, seeing the watches was enough but when I went into the store there customer service was beyond exceptional.
They let me wear a Seamaster (my dream watch) and I cannot be more thankful. I can say when I do buy my first Omega after uni it will be from this store, more specifically from Gary.
Exceptional service guys, keep it up. And thanks for having us.

I recently had my Seamaster serviced and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and experience. Omid went above and beyond with helping me get my watch dialed in. The manager, Raymond, was also very quick at responding to my emails and answering all my questions. I will recommend Omid to anyone looking to purchase an Omega time piece. Thank you again!

Raymond was a great host, he has a wealth of knowledge of the Omega product catalog, is fun to talk to and helped me find a great watch for my birthday gift to myself. The experience was 5 stars all the way. Definitely my choice for an excellent watch buying experience. Thank you Ray!

Rohan's willingness to go above and beyond really solidified my further purchases of watches here at this location. I really appreciated how I was treated with care and the utmost helpfulness I could possibly imagine. Garry also helped me out and answered any question I had. I appreciate these people doing that for me, as they could have easily not cared enough to do so. Rohan is going to be the person I will come back to visit when it is time to buy my sapphire sandwich moon watch. Rohan, thank you to you for all of your help and understanding. God bless you and your family. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future. I cannot recommend him enough, please ask for him if you come here. He is the man.

Purchased my first Omega here this past weekend. Rohan helped me out. This was a big purchase for me, and the team there was helpful, showed me a few other options that were out of my price range, but were not pushy at all. Not only did I get a great watch but it came with a nice wood display box and a bottle of champagne. The watch is amazing and I was really impressed with the customer service they showed me.

Customer service at this store (Beverly center) is Horrendous!
I waited 20 mins and still was not able to get assistance from any of the two employees there. A former concierge here and I wanted to take this moment to express myself on how I felt. I wonder how they got hired. I asked for pricing on a specific watch and the representative didn't even offer to show me the watch. Obviously he did not want to make the sale. The new guy, i suppose with the shaved hair on the sides. Please give your job to someone else who really can do a better job than this.

I needed a quick buff on my Omega watch and they didn't care. After leaving and waiting for so long, the rep.runs outside the store trying to catch up with me to fix the problem. The damage was done already. This is unacceptable! I shall find elsewhere to spend the money.

From when I first entered Omega Beverly Center, I felt welcomed. The staff was incredibly attentive to my wants, working with me to make the best purchase. I didn’t once feel pressured or rushed in my decision making with the whole process being very calm. The Omega staff extended an open arm to make this deal; everything from the decision making to the transaction ran smoothly. My expectations were not only met, but wildly exceeded. The packaging and included gifts showed a much appreciated sense of consideration. I feel as though I am a part of the Omega family and will be returning to this store for all future purchases despite the immense distance. It took going across the country to find such immaculate customer service, but was more than worthwhile. I’d especially like to thank Raymond and Yanni for making this dream purchase so surreal and undisturbed.

Couldn’t decide between old generation Moonwatch 1861, new generation 3861 and a FOIS. Rohan spent 2 weeks tracking down all three for me to try on before making my decision. He never rushed nor pressured me and the experience was wonderful. As was the service and friendliness in the boutique itself. I finally decided on the FOIS. Lovely experience and can’t wait to be back for more.

I had my first visit in any Omega store. My expectation was to go in buy a watch and then go. But Raymond Malekan made this experience a life lifetime to remember. He made me realize why a watch is such a sentimental piece to buy. I was tearing up and not because of the price. He made me an Omega family. Now, I thinking on me next purchase.

Extremely friendly, professional, and helpful staff in this boutique.

After a terrible experience looking for a Speedy at Westime, came here (at Westime's suggestion no less) and found Rohan and the new Speedy 42 I was crushing on.

Rohan was great, walking me through my options, the differences in the 2021 models, the new reduced v the standard Moonwatch, and more. I'd done my homework, but the folks here were very knowledgeable and solidified my love for the brand.

I purchased 2 Omegas from the Beverly boutique this month. Nikkie Chan is the sales professional that helped me with both purchase of the Speedmaster 3861 as well as the SMP 300M. The experience and service I received from Omega is far superior than any other major luxury brand!

A week after purchasing the 42MM SMP I began to notice the watch being too big for my 6.25 wrist and the watch has lost significant wrist time due to the weight and uncomfortable fit on my small wrist. I called and went back in the boutique hoping I could possibly exchange the SMP for a mid-size Seamaster.

Upon arriving, Raymond was assisting another client with her inquiries regarding her piece and I was greeted by another associate in the boutique who offered me a fine bottle of water. Few minutes later, Raymond closely inspected my SMP for no significant signs of scratches and wear (the watch has only been worn 3 times and I’m super careful with all my watches), we then moved forward with an exchange for the 38MM AT.

During this whole visit, Raymond and I along with another male associate discussed about how the watch industry has evolved during the pandemic, as well as some current events that occurred in the past week. Super easygoing and knowledge gentlemen, running the entire showroom floor all by himself and assisted me within minutes upon arrival.

Nonetheless, the Beverly Omega Boutique will be my go to location for all my future purchases from Omega. I will certainly recommend this boutique to anyone that is interested in getting an Omega! Superb service and courteous sales professional!

Thank you Nikkie and Raymond! As well as the other professionals that provided me with a bottle of water and sized my watch!

I decided to stop by today at the boutique while I was in the area and was immediately helped by Nikkie. She explained the history behind some of my favorite models and showed me a wonderful customer service experience unlike any other!

I'd highly recommend this boutique, they're extremely kind and respectful to their customers.

Wow, I LOVE THE NEW STORE! Amazing selection of watches and bands. Service was second to none (plus the champagne helped too.) I took my pregnant wife and 3 year old child thinking we would not be there long. However I forgot how attentive, charming, funny and charismatic Raymond always is, making it hard to want to leave. Ray knew exactly how to make our experience as pleasant as possible. All three of us ended up leaving with smiles on our faces. My wife and I found a special gift for each other while my daughter was content coloring with her new Omega coloring pencils and book (which she still prefers over her countless crayons, markers, and painting supplies.) Truly world class all around from start to finish. I didn’t imagine leaving with a piece that sang to me but Ray just understands what his guests will vibe with and love. You did it again Ray and have now turned us into an Omega family. Thank you for your passion with time pieces and sharing a piece each time we visit. It is always a new experience that leaves us smiling. To the Omega team at Beverly Center, thank you so much. You all made us feel at home throughout our whole visit. We are looking forward to visiting again soon since I don’t think we got to see all of the options.

Yanni is the absolute best! She knows her product and listened to us to gain an understanding of which watch would be the best one for our needs. She is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to help you with your decision. We were shopping around for luxury watches and Yanni was by far the best person to work with. If you are a first-time buyer and maybe feeling a little out of your comfort zone, see Yanni. She will truly put you at ease and help you make the right decision.

Love this boutique!

I had been working with Fiona on a special edition piece. She said it might be a month before she expects the watch to be in stock. She was able to locate the piece two weeks earlier than expected!

Very professional and attentive, I plan to do business with Fiona again! The Omega experience never disappoints!

CEO Raynald Aeschlimann needs to promote her, ASAP!

Bought a seamaster and it is awesome. Yanni helped me out and she has a lot of knowledge on the time pieces there. She has helped me out multiple times and im very happy with her service and the Omega stores
