OMG! Nails & Spa, Mountain View CA

The pedicure was AMAZING! Then a different person did the manicure and it was really not great. I asked for rounded nails and they did square. I asked them again to do rounded nails and they fixed two of the nails. At that point I was like well I guess I'll fix them when I get home. The massage for the manicure was great but nothing else about it was. I probably won't come back here now would I suggest it to anyone else.

My friends feet were bleeding after done the pedicure in OMG nails. Really OMG! The store use the poor quality products to remove your gel. However, they charge you higher rate.

The manicurist did not put nail polish on my nails in a professional manner - the second coating did not cover the first coating, which gave me a funky look at the base of each nail.

People there showed rally bad attitude. I really doubt they fake a lot of good reviews for themselves. I will never try them. NOT recommended at all! Horrible business.

The best pedicure I’ve ever had Shawn was simply fabulous. He was so patient removing my ingrown nails and did a great painless job, can’t wait to go back! They were super friendly and just the most inviting place to be at a treat indeed. Great attitude of everyone and excellent service a must go nails salon!

I have a "go-to pedicurist at the Mtn. View location: Nina is very careful, conscientious, gentle & thorough. Highly recommended.

I was handed a menu of pedicure options and I chose a $45 option because I needed callous removal which was treated as extra here (this was the cheapest option for it) and when I got to the front to pay, I was told that the gel was $15 more on top of that. The pedicure was average, the massage in the $45 package was like 3 minutes, and I think that unless there is real gold in the polish, no average pedicure is worth $65. I felt cheated and I will not return, neither will my friends who I went there with.

I've been coming here for years! Both owners are awesome, the nail ladies and gent are hardworking and the quality of their work speaks for itself.

They were clearly busy but told me to sit down “5 minutes”. After 20 minutes they told me they didn’t have time for pedicure and full set but I told them what I was there for when I walked through the door. Waste of time. It’s to many nail shops to give our business to. Don’t mess around with people who don’t wait on you right away.

My wife and I both got the works. They did an awesome job on both hands and feet. Wax treatment was nice and hot rocks massage. Very highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience. I got the classic mani pedi and it was fabulous. The interior is beautiful and very clean and the staff are professional and very kind and talented. I truly enjoyed my experience and will be coming back!
