Company is in total chaos. PA’s are horrible. Never listen to patients needs. Never take the time for quality patient care. I’m leaving Omni to a different PTP provider.

I love that everyone is very friendly and always has a smile. And they really care about their patients.

I love how attentive & quick they attend us. As well as accommodating to any emergency or concern we may feel! Chose the best to care for my daughters and my health.

I had a Telephonic appointment with Dr. Warner yesterday and he was very helpful with all his information and how to pass on my information. Even called me back. Getting this help has been a blessing. Gracious!

Dr. Thomas Warner is the BEST doctor I have ever seen. He made all my health concerns apart of our appointment and explained everything in detail to where myself and my mom understood everything. He truly cares and is 1 in a million! Thankful I found him & he will be the only doctor I see! A doctor that truly cares!

The physician gave no eye contact and refused to treat me. I was treated really poorly by the physician. However, I was really pleased with the service of the front desk and the medical assistant.
