They had an appointment at omni health clinic at norchester I checked myself in with the receptionist at the front desk shanira and After me a black man came in and was confused and how to enrolled an omni health she instructed him how to get on to omni health and he was real pleased with her after that A Hispanic man came in didn't know how to read English or write English she went behind the desk and came out into the lobby sat in the lobby and filled out the paperwork for him she's going well beyond her job and should be recognized I'm so happy to see there's a chance of humanity yet

I had a Chiropractic appt, it went very well, even being 28 weeks pregnant. The Chiropractor was very polite and made conversation easy. I'll be going back to him again in approximately 2 weeks, and would recommend him to others as well.

The staff was very friendly and the service was faster than any other doctor office I’ve ever been to. I was very pleased with the visit. The doctor came in right away and I hardly had to wait at all.

Never received my phone call to be checked in or be looked serviced by the doctor waited an extra 4 hrs before going to bed I was called twice within two days to confirm my appointment and I said yes ill be ready never even got a cancel or voice-mail on the situation and I have heart failure was going to be taking a chance at anew doctor but don't know what happened will be calling again probably or waiting on some feedback from them on north Chester I live in Rosedale and believe this was very unprofessional of the staff and doctor.

My Appointment Felt Rushed Like The Doctor That Attended To Me Had Other Pressing Matters Which He Probably Did But Still No Patient Wants To Feel Like They Are Not Being Properly Heard.

The Mallview location is very nicely laid out; clean, modern and inviting. The staff is helpful and pleasant. My only complaint is the staff that draws blood. I have never had a good blood draw with Omni. It really shows that you're scraping the bottom of the barrel when your phlebotomists can't draw blood after three different jabs on either or both arms/hands.

I came in to get results from an MRI. It wasn't all good news but it was good news that we're beginning to the bottom of the problem. As always the people at on me or always very crying to courteous. My appointment went right on time. I didn't have to sit in the office for a long wait the doctor. You always see me right away. And everybody there are always so very nice. It makes it a pleasure to go to the doctor. Been satisfied with with my the care I received there. Seems to me like they're looking out for my best interest and my medical needs. I highly recommend only and this clinic. Think I've had about it I don't think I've had a bad experience there at all never been greeted with anything but a smile from the staff. They always are looking out after my best interest and I highly recommend them. Thank you Omni.

I drove 60 miles one way I had a pre-approved appointment when I got there the receptionist told me that I needed more information that I was told to bring and that they would not be able to see me because I did not have the correct information. Before I went there I asked the lady on the phone what I needed to bring and I brought exactly what she told me
Then I find out they want me to do a physical, my appointment was to see a psychologist. I was told on the phone that I would see a psychologist in person. Then the manager told me that they do not even see anybody in person for psychology visits. The manager did not want to go into her office to discuss my case. I told her I wanted to and she said no we would do it in the lobby. Because she chose to discuss my case in the lobby in public in front of other patients and staff I am completely embarrassed& humiliated. My personal medical information was released to everybody in the lobby because everybody heard. I am going to look into it and take further actions against the facility for releasing my personal information to everybody in the lobby. Totally unacceptable to discuss my medical problems in front of other patients and staff members in the lobby when I specifically asked to go into the office to discuss it.

The Dr was wonderful, she always is, she's quick but thorough & always stops & asks did I have any questions. I feel safe with her as my Dr.

Hung up in my face, i’m not a rude person i just said i don’t have time to wait another 2 months to reschedule my appointment and she said ok and hung up.

I was very happy I choose this location, the doctor seem to know a lot about my health and was able to all rx refilled, even some I forgot about, he had read my file and seem to care about my health.he is my new primary care doctor, as the last doctor Ryan Chen moved on.

I had an appointment at 3: 15 and was called at 4pm to check in and she told me the dr would be calling in a half hour and the dr NEVER CALLED ME. So how much worse can it get.

Great service! Great care! Super efficient and knowledgeable of my concerns on 1st visit! Received 5 referrals on the spot and 3 to call for cause they are not in the group. I am so impressed! I moved from Fresno/Madera area and I have to say I love it, here! I am so glad I chose this facility!

Dr. Bajwa and her staff are all always amazing, caring, helpful, very knowledgeable, and take time to address and resolve my concerns and questions, rather it's a telemedicine or an in person appointment!

I figured out that there are so many questions about my life so much info that has nothing to do with my medical treatment nothing why do you need to know my criminal history I figured out the you lie to me so much and you won't help me at all for my illness no medicine at all not really fare when they got the methadone clinic im gonna get what I want witch is good name brand drugs from a online doctor so much easier I figured out that I would haft to spend so much time with you guy complaining and debating i can just pay so much easier they don't ask as many questions as you guys but if you told everyone who works at onmi that they don't give out ADHA pills I wouldn't have wasted so much of my time lies lies lies from your employees

Didn't wait very long to be seen whole process from walking in to walking put only took 30 min of my day. Dr listen very well to what was wrong with me and very helpful
