All staff are welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Dr. Henry Chien spends time going over my chart, lab work, what my specialists gave to say, and any questions or concerns I may have.

Very kind people. Clean place, welcoming staff. Experienced doctors and management is very kind. I appreciate everything that is done. These people go above and beyond for their patients.

I had an appointment on the 1st of this month and I missed. Today the 3rd of March, I believe was my appointment for the results of that very 1st missed appointment. It was for a papsmear. The girl behind the counter decided to shout it out from the back of the office that she didn't know which appointment I was there for.she was extremely rude and embarrassed me because I had to constantly repeat it was for my gynelogical appointment in front of a room full of people she was the fat 1 wearing the teal scrub

Dr Chien is one of the most compassionate care providers I’ve ever had. He is definitely an asset to OFH. The entire team at ECM are empathic and dedicated.

Dr don't see u don't answer calls don't call back also coordinator don't answer are call back be almost 3 week be waiting no in office visits not calling in refills need referrals but can't get Dr to do anything on Robert's labe

Everything was perfect, she was super sweet, was right to the point and overall we had a good phone call!

Cynthia Ramirez, My lead care manager, Is the best, She checks in with Meet at least once a month, And I always have her number if I become I'll, This makes me Feel very comfortable, That I know help, Is their if I need it! First off I’d like to say that the receptionist are very nice people. I like the fact that it is a woman doctor I’m not comfortable with a man doctor at all I feel very comfortable with a woman assisting me I think that the women dentists are awesome women and they do an awesome job every single person in there

The doctor Beal seems to be older in age he was unfamiliar with the prescription I needed refilled I waited a total of 45 minutes for my appointment on a virtual app that he never came to I had to call Lynn to get a hold of the doctor the point of my appointment was to get refills because the original prescribing doctor Taewoo is no longer with Omni he refused to help me and referred me to pain management he had none of my records to reference for my visit. It was the worst experience I’ve had a side of the wait times
