7OMNI is doing a poor job of handling the COVID crisis. They seem to have no real plan. The Ridgecrest office is closed, but their phone message said nothing about that or where to call. I had to stop by to find that out. When I called the 1-800 number, OMNI referred me to 3 offices that are in Bakersfield. One of these offices explained to me that OMNI has no understanding or relationship with them but has been dumping OMNI patients on them nevertheless. So, I'd have to start from square one for a long-delayed cleaning with x-rays and consultation. With that being the case, I made an appointment with another local dental office and, depending on my experience, may stay with them even though I like Dr. Ibrahim.
Dr. Perry is a not to friendly person he is impolite and needs to retire and go fishing and not come back.
Long waits. Slow service. Ignored phone calls. Prescriptions not filled. What's not to like?
Never get seen on time. Today's appointment is at 9: 45 and don't get seen until 45 mins to an hour later.
Everyone should know you can contact the state ombudsman or the medical board and turn these bad doctors in.
Terrible experience at this facility, staff is amazing, but one of the doctors needs to go back to school.
Have not had good luck here. The office messes up the billing and the doctor prescribed something I was allergic too. I can not speak for the dental side.
