Omni Family Health Stine Road Health Center reviews
18My appointment was at 10: 45am, I wasn’t seen until 1: 17pm. I missed 3 hours of work for a 10 minute appointment.
Provider was completely unaware of my health problems, I tried to explain to her that my main problem was the liver, but she just wanted to know about thyroid and she was listening to me
I had several issues to resolve and nothing I requested has been accomplished. I told them I had no food but still haven't received assistance. I told them I needed breathing equipment for oxygen therapy but I still haven't been helped with that. I submitted a dental permission form but my dentist says he does not have it. I have several other legal documents that need signing but have no way to submit them because I don't have any transportation. My enhanced care program seems to be the opposite of how it should be. I am so sick and tired of being treated like I am some kind of idiot
.
Very much needed, especially since it is so hard to get in touch with anyone at omni about anything that may occur before your next apptime. I can get in touch with my ecm doctor when needed.
I like the way the doctor really took the time to be Thorough and he really cared and referred me to all the correct places.
I used to not like going to the doctor. I don’t mind now they’re really good people. They’re real nice and prompt about helping you I’m in and out of the office before you know it and I get all my medication’s. They asked me questions and I asked them, but I really like my doctor, he’s great
Great service staff was really really nice they make feel my little daughter feel really good and safe
I’m a first time patient and wanted to turn in my medical records and they wouldn’t take them said I had to make another appointment to turn them in. I actually had a list that I wanted to get checked out since I was transferring from a military doctor and the nurse said I had to make separate appointments for everything. I didnt realize until the end after I had left is they didn’t even let me see a doctor only saw the in processing nurse and an NP-C instead of a doctor. To top it off I had requested a specific doctor which is why I went there and they gave me a nurse who was dismissive the whole time. This location is the worst.
I took time off work in order to conduct a physical, just for a physician assistant to put a stethoscope to my chest and tell me I’m fine. The PA did not ask me any questions, or took the time to give me a thorough exam. I understand that everyone is busy, but that should not justify substandard service, especially if a patient 100% service connected disabled. I could have gotten better service just by watching YouTube. I want my time and money back.
My experience was good. The whole team were organized and professional. The place were so clean and the most important thing is the waiting time was short.
Very respectful, really good at their jobs, I have only good things to say about the whole visit there.
I have sores on my face and the doctor told me that the insurance won’t pay for it because it’s cosmetic and I think it’s ridiculous that I have a wound that is painful and the doctor can’t help me
Trying to get help and no one seems to listen to me and then cut me off to tell me that will be my last appt as she was leaving Omni so talk about disappointing
It seemed like the doctor didn’t know what he was doing. He wasn’t listening to me nor did he want to help me. I want a doctor that cares about my health and listens to me. I have not found that at Omni.
Staff and doctor were very unprofessional and rude. Doctor raised his voice and was not helpful. They gave several excuses and were very unhelpful. They also seemed agitated when I asked questions.
The front and back office staff were nice and respectful answered my questions the np was great as well answered my questions at the time I went it was not busy which was great I was in and out
I specifically asked for a FEMALE OB/GYN and was scheduled to see one & a MALE STILL checked me out. & I HIGHLY do NOT appreciate the nurses talking about me in the next room over for EVERYONE including myself to hear.
