Dr. Mclemore was good to my Dad, but he was supposed to be referred to a cardiologist almost a month ago. I have been trying to call to get the referral faxed to the Cardiologist so that I can make him an appointment. Good luck trying to get through to that department. No one ever picks up, and if you try a different department they will just transfer you back and no one picks up. It’s been a nightmare. How hard is it to fax a paper? It sucks having to rely on staff that makes you feel like they don’t care.

My granddaughter saw Dr. Joseph. She had been bleeding for 2 months and cramping. The cramping had become sharp with worsening pain. He sat across from her, never TOUCHING HER and told her this was normal for her age.
She went directly to the E. R.where they initially diagnosed an ectopic pregnancy! She had a positive pregnancy test, diagnosed after ultrasound and CT.

Weirdest experience I’ve ever had for a medical visit. Staff had a single minded policy driven mindset. Nurses were great. Mclemore really shouldn’t be in the medical field in my opinion. Would not recommend. If you have no symptoms of Covid, but know someone who took a Covid test to prove a negative result you will be refused to be seen by this office. “Because you may have been exposed to Covid. ” This reasoning applies to everyone living. Anyone may have been exposed to Covid, that’s why we have Covid symptom questions. If patients adopt Mclemore’s standard she herself may have been exposed to Covid and everyone should refuse to see her.

I've been trying to reach their corporate office I leave messages and no one calls me back they may as well not even have a phone number I've lost numerous messages and not one response yet absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen how they remain in business is a mystery to me!

Tried for 3 days to call them never no answer. Drove to the office they told me they do not take walkins anymore. Next appt would be in 3 days. May as well not have a dr

I have been trying to get anybody to answer the phones for 3 days, can you believe it 3 days. I have waited on the phone for hours waiting for anybody to pick up. Unfortunately it does not seem I will ever get through. I hope this is not the normal for doctors and our medical care for the United States. Omni does not care about their patients.

Would not recommend. I went in on a Tuesday as a walk in. When asked why I came in, I told them I had pain in my left chest, left arm and upper left back. Also told them my blood pressure spiked to 230/124. Was told I couldn't see anyone that day but could have a phone appointment Wednesday. I left and drove to Adventist Health. They brought me into ER, ran several tests and transferred me to Bakersfield because I had a heart attack. Omni called me Wednesday regarding the phone appointment. I informed the gentleman that I was admitted in Bakersfield due to a heart attack. The reply was "Oh really? Glad you're still with us ". I'll go to my dog's vet before I go back to Omni. Only wish I could give negative stars.

This place is god awful. I haven’t gotten an ultrasound since august and I’ve been asking for one and my ob keeps saying I don’t need it when my baby’s cord is around his neck. I went in to get a referral for an ultrasound they told me the hospital would call and this was about 3 weeks ago now so I went into Omni to ask what’s up and they told me to give the hospital a call. I did and hospital told me I need to get a hold of Omni for that. Called over at Omni and they told me I never got a referral and it’s still pending. It’s been almost 4 months and I’m already 37 weeks pregnant and haven’t gotten checked for anything. My doctor is no help. Do not go here.

They really don't deserve this one star. O out of 10 would NOT do again! Tele Appointment for 3: 30 pm Tuesday. They called 5 times from Sunday through Tuesday morning for information. Then did NOT call until 4pm on Tuesday for appointment! RIDICULOUS!

I did not personally like Nancy for my mental health so I go to ccs Mojave. But NP Schroeder has been a great help to me last 3 years and Dr Goklaney has been helpful in phone interviews and prescribing me the meds I always wanted and needed. Nancy wasn't a good fit for me but maybe for you. I strongly suggest never giving CCS Tehachapi a try for mental health

Dr. McLemore is amazing! Alicia the Nurse Practitioner is great too! I had a lot of problems last year with the service but since I’ve been seeing these two they care.

Confirmed appointment on a Friday, show up Monday and they told us the Dr wasn’t in that day. They said their phones were down so couldn’t call us and it would be almost 3 weeks before we could see the doctor again. That was the 2nd time it happened. The Dr may be good, but the entire structure around the Dr is terrible.

Although over the past year OMNI has done a poor job at informing those patients who require ongoing care due to chronic and debilitating diseases of the rotation of providers they seem to have been going through. Although this has caused myself and many others a lot of issues, they now have a new doctor at the Tehachapi office that has made staying with them worth it, Dr. McLemore. As a nurse that has worked with doctors in both hospital and outpatient settings and as a patient with a progressive autoimmune disease who has seen many doctors/specialist, she is by far my favorite. I feel so blessed and hopeful to now have her in my corner. Anyone looking for an extremely competent, empathetic, understanding doctor with good communication skills look no further. Thank You Dr. McLemore!

OMNI Dental is a joke. I have been in two times to have my teeth fixed due to missing fillings and cavities. No work done and no appointments available for months. Went in today as a walk in, severe toothache, they did nothing for me after I waited 2 hours to be seen. Sent me with a referral to some other office and an rx for pain meds and antibiotics.

Patient for the OB for my first pregnancy. Having made it clear I live 1 hour away and that visiting in the day is difficult with work. With that information they booked my appointment for after 4 pm, which I went to only to be told they don’t do lab work after 4 so I would have to come back another day. Complete lack of planning or care for their patients needs when you would think as certain tests are routine at various stages in pregnancy, they could have planned the appointment so that the test could be done at the same time. As the appointment was made a month in advance, availability was certainly not an issue when it was booked. Very unimpressed so far by the care I have been shown here and I would not recommend it to anybody

Angelita- Zeeo stars is appropriate. Angelita who filled out doctor form for Dr. Murad in the Tehachapi Location (not sure if that’s how she spells it) should be given her last paycheck and escorted out of the building.

She slaughtered my short term disability claim, my health insurance disability claim through my employers and upset my employer! I have filed for disability through the state and through my jobs insurance as well as got me reprimanded by my company for not getting the paperwork back to them in a timely fashion. MY JOB, MY INCOME she irresponsibly and negligently caused tension between my employer and I for not doing her job! I am on disability leave for pregnancy carpal tunnel! I can’t type! I type for a living. I went on leave on 4/1 and it is now 5/24 and she filled out my short term disability paperwork out incorrectly with the state and she refuses to acknowledge that accept blame or fix the paperwork! I called the office numerous times and left message after message requesting status on my paperwork so EDD could file my claim and I could get income coming in as my bills and mortgage pilled up. I kept requesting status via phone and messages and finally two weeks ago I started going into the office and was helped by the Manager Amanda. Apparently Angelita claimed she had been calling me but of course she had not as I had no missed called from her or voicemails of course. Besides anyone with half a brain would say “wouldn’t I call her back if I was going through this much stress and hassle to get my claim finished? I am freaking out and no one will call my doctor to inform him no one will do anything! They won’t even leave a voicemail! I leave voicemails at work that’s part of my job when I call someone and I know it’s hers to. She’s incompetent and rude and belongs at a ticket stand at a movie theatre not responsible for people’s lively hood when she can’t leave a voicemail, talk respectfully or acknowledge and fix her mistakes so I can pay my bills! She stressed me out to no end and this isn’t right and I want something done because I know I am not the only person this has happened to. She is incompetent in her job and in general customer service skills. It’s been almost 2 months. While I’m in the office for the third time demanding to see my doctor to report this absolutely atrocious timeline to simply check a few boxes and mail out my paperwork Angelita finally calls me to yell at me and say I never answer the phone to which I responded if you had called isn’t it part of your job to leave a voicemail so I can call you back? For HEAVENS SAKE I WANT THIS DONE I HAVE BILLS AND A MORTGAGE TO OAY LEAVE A NAME AND NUMBER SO I CAN CALL YOU BACK I HAVE A NEWBORN AT HOME AND I TRY TO SLEEP EVERY TWO HOURs. Then she has the audacity to yell at me and then proceeds to hang up on me. Then calls Amanda the manager right in front of me claiming I am “lying” about what EDD said. Edd said she filled out the paperwork for the wrong year. She filled it out for 2020 and not 2021 and they put my claim on hold for this!

so now I have to wait on the phone for two hours for the third time to make sure (now I am doing her job now) she fills out my forms correctly.and she would hardly pick up internal calls or answer internal emails. Anjelica the MA called her for almost a week and a half weeks leaving her phone calls and emails and she would not even answer people internally!

My employers health sponsored short term disability claim I found out was denied because she hasn’t don’t that peoerowlr in a timely fashion either so I have to re-apply or appeal it because she is an atrocious, incompetent disgustingly rude human being who should be fired. HR/ management message me so I can make a formal report! Thank you

Went in for bloodwork (second time, first time was fine) and turned away because an "omni doctor" did not order it. A rheumatologist THEY REFERRED ME TO ordered it. Funny, the last time I went in for bloodwork my rheumatologist ordered everything was fine. So now, I get to go back one week later so I can talk on the phone in their office with a doctor who will order THE SAME BLOODWORK. This was THEIR mistake and they should have accommodated me with an appt. I had the order in my hand. Horrible British woman with no sympathy needs to be fired. She is dismissive and looks to be ready to retire. Thanks for playing with my health!
Update: I was able to confirm with the manager that the woman who turned me away, Amanda, was totally in the wrong because I was an existing patient. I won't be returning unless absolutely necessary.

Been going there for several years now. Great staff, and after all that’s what’s important. They always take care of me and my wife. I would highly recommend them.
