Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

Staff is great and helpful on top of that sweet rooms are relaxing and big with a shower and tub for soaking will be my future set for future trips

Great location with great amenities. Only issue was with the parking. Paying $52 for valet parking was a bit much. Made it less appealing when we found out at check in that parking was not included.

This hotel provided me with a wonderful three-day stay. They slept in a tidy, comfy bunk bed. Customers will have a nice time when they visit. It was a fantastic meal. The lodgings were ample.

You can hang out in the common areas/living room before dinner, this is a shared space so you will hang out with others staying, which we didn't mind but you should know that if you want a stay just to yourself. Breakfast is also on a lovely big shared table while dinner is served on separate tables. The snorkeling right by the villa's pier was surprisingly good, lots of different schools of fish! Highly recommended!

When I first arrived at this hotel, I was given a wheelchair right away. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning and other facilities work, and the hotel staff is friendly. I also ate at their buffet, which was excellent. This was our first stay at this hotel, but I don't think it will be our last.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are also very comfortable to stay in. 10/10 would recommend

We were there for 5 days for our "American Trip". What can I say? I'm totally in love with the position of this hotel, it's close with all the main spot we would love to be, the staff are really friendly (every time we had a problem, they were there to solve it!), the car valet is a little bit more expensive (maybe a difference in price between guest and visitors would be really appreciated) but really useful.

VERY chic, clean, comfortable hotel with GREAT staff and friendly service - food was AWESOME - breakfast, lunch, dinner.even the 24hr late night room service was awesome. A+

Beautiful hotel. The valet service was very great and friendly. We ate at the Noé restaurant inside the hotel and everything was so beautiful and the food was even more than we expected it to be. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, I have No complaints. Over all 5 Stars

Poor arrival experience, took a long time to get room. Poor bathroom storage, lighting. Room not cleaned. Restaurant, employees excellent.

The hotel is nice enough. The staff is accommodating, no free Wi-Fi, no fridge in the room. Room is ok, things feel a little dated. All the hotels in the area are just ok for the price you pay.

Very dated in very bad need of a remodel, felt like I was almost in a retirement home and the food definitely was just like hospital food or old peoples mush, if I could have given no stars I would have

Nice hotel, great food at the Conference I attended. Loved you could get other food right out the back in a big food court.

All around wonderful experience. This place is a must stay for your visit to LA. Also would suggest the club level room. It's worth the upgrade with all the amenities.

A cute hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. A down to earth spot to stay while visiting Los Angeles. The employees will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome. There are a lot of choices while in DT, however you can't go wrong staying here.:)

This is a great place to stay and use as a base for seeing all of Los Angeles. The beach was a 20 minute drive and we loved seeing so many lovely sights to include the Bradbury Building. The restaurant was good and the bar fun and lively. The piano man makes it all fun. The room and service are outstanding. I shall return. 0

Heading back to Omni LA this week-best hotel in the City and the staff is fabulous! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The staff at this Hotel were the best! The service was impeccable! We could not be happier with this Hotel! Highly recommended if you are in town for a Dodger's game, They have a wonderful complimentary car service that will take you to Union Station to pick up a free shuttle bus to the stadium and the same complimentary car service will pick you up after the game at union Station.
