Omni San Francisco Hotel

Very mid tier hotel. It’s extremely over priced for the fact that it lacks basic necessities that you would expect at any hotel. Some cons that stood out:

- Terrible wifi (you can upgrade for like $5/day) ; this one was particularily egregious because I was here for a business conference. You would think a hotel that hosts business conferences would have working wifi
- No mini fridge in the bedroom
- No snack bar in the room
- Outdated furniture/overall aesthetic of the hotel. It badly needs updating
- Walls are thin and there are normal people staying here. I kept getting woken up at night by neighbors shouting/watching tv, and then early in the morning from people talking
- Interior facing rooms have 0 view, you face a office building where people can see into your room
- Not great location if you’re a tourist

Pros:
- Cleaners were good
- Has a decent sized gym, though a lot of business people stay here and there are only 4 treadmills, so good luck getting one in the morning
- Good location if you want to be near your office

Good location, rooms are old and smell soggy but are clean,

Front desk people have attitudes. Especially the tan asian man and shorter black guy. But generally all of them act like you're bothering them when you go to check in or ask for something. Not staying here again.

Loved the service and attention i was given, i was also allowed to check-in early as we got to SF ahead of schedule for our Alcatraz tour. Will stay again.

The room was quite large by any standard, especially so for rooms in a large city. The room was clean, nice amenities, spacious bathroom with quality products, and very quiet. I didn't realize I had people on both sides of my room until I happen to notice them when we wer both in the hallway.
It is in the financial district, so the tourist areas are not immediately close, but not too far. I was able to walk easily to Union Square, the Embarcadero, and North Beach/Chinatown. Going to the baseball stadium or Fisherman's Wharf area would require a short Uber ride.

The staff are amazing at this place def the best service in the city. Love the property as well very nice

Great location to explore downtown San Francisco. Very friendly and service oriented doormen, managers and housekeeping. Our room had a plate of warm chocolate chip cookies and milk waiting for us. The rooms are a nice size, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Omni San Francisco in June at the end of our road trip along the PCH and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably priced; the staff were friendly and helpful; and the soufflé pancakes at the restaurant were amazing! I highly recommend this hotel (and the pancakes) and will stay here again next time I’m in SF.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Amazing, friendly staff and awesome location! We stayed with our teens and made memories that will last a lifetime!

Best value for money we've had in 1 month of traveling in the US. High standing. No noise in the room and perfectly clean.

A historically sophisticated private hotel with a distinctive ambience that represents Omni from the service to the amenities. Come for the experience I just hope your stay is pleasant.

Hotel staff really sets the Omni DSF apart from all other hotels. The people working there were truly helpful and accommodating. The staff anticipated our every need, and wants we didn't even know we had. The staff at this hotel were true hospitality professionals. We cannot praise them enough, a FIVE STARS experience!

Beautiful hotel and rooms. There was no microwave or fridge in my room but maybe you can request rooms with those amenities. Valet parking is $85 per night which seemed a little high to me but other than that great experience. Friendly staff and hotel in nice area.

Great customer service! I forgot a pair of airpods in my room after checkout and they send it back to me right away with a prepaid fedex label.

It's an old building & hotel. The rooms show it. No, they're not dirty or anything. Just old fashion, traditional, with nothing to make them stand out. It's a stay in the city.

Absolutely the best hotel I've stayed at in San Francisco. Stayed here for Pride weekend and extended my stay an extra night because it was such a great place. The *BEST* service from every single staff member, great little extras in the lobby and rooms. Very good location, central to lots of downtown activities and landmarks. Good options in walking distance for nearby restaurants.

This is my go-to hotel in San Francisco. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect. It is an easy walk to the Ferry Building, the SFMOMA, and greet restaurants just down the street.
