Horrible place to work especially if your working under Adrea in the Fairfield office! These people do not care about their clients and further more there employees. This office is ran like a high school where Adrea is the bully this is a woman who will call her workers after work hours to help defend her in her abusive relationship, she will date her employees family members and when it does not work in her favor she then targets the employee. I have never witnessed a woman who lies as much as Adrea and still gets to run the Fairfield office. This office is ran on favoritism and lies, and sadly if you complain to the higher ups they disregard your opinions and treat you like a enemy. Switch your loved ones to a company that cares this one is joke.
They need to really be looked into.

This place is horrible they fired me for Attendance baby let me tell you I MANAGE TO WORK OVER 140 hours every 2 weeks so it couldn’t have been that bad I been working here since February this place is messy as hell, THE SLS ARE ALL SNAKES THEY TALK ABOUT EACH OTHER HELLA LAZY, HALF THE CLIENTS DONT EVEN HAVE FOOD IN THERE HOMES, THEY CANT KEEP WORKERS THEY WANT YOU TO PLAY MOLLY THEY MAID AND PAY 15 dollars you gotta work yo life away to see some money? THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS IF YOU CAN PICK UP SHIFTS THIS PLACE IS A JOKKKKKEEE

They wont help an epileptic 37 year old find a place to live he is too old and not messed up enough

OK I have the youngest worker at times it be so hard if you want respect to earn you have too give it so I'm just tired of it how on heaven earth is this helping its not its sad too me they really need better professional support worker you I wasn't awareness of go grocery shopping and they tell you on how to buy your items plus your space is your own as well if we you clients please not have your family with you no respect for the clients behalf and personal things go on in your home keep there I mean we're the peace father I pray you bless me out of this our find someone older

You are really on your own with this company and so are some clients because some DSP can’t do their job. Supervisor’s are a joke in this company. Mine didn’t answer my calls or texts. We would always need gloves among other things. My supervisor does not care about my client’s well being. If I could give this company a 0 I would. They fired me with no explanation. Called HR and they are all buddies. They didn’t tell me either. OMO never gave me a verbal warning or a write up. My supervisor is putting my client at risk because she knows Maria can’t do her job. I’ve seen my client suffer because of her. If you end up working here don’t get Alexis as a supervisor.
