7My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this place. We came here for a second opinion as we got told my car needed some pricey repairs. The staff at On Point Auto are so honest - they found the true problem which ended up being 1/3 of the price than the original problem we got quoted at another shop. On Point Auto Repair worked their magic on my 7.3 diesel! They tackled the issue with precision and got my truck running smoothly again. Highly satisfied with their expertise! Definitely recommend and will only bring my vehicles here from now on ️️️️️
Had some work done in October ish of 2022. Have forgot to write a review. These guys are great! The service writers are the owners so you know what to expect by speaking with them! Totally honest, up front, and pretty humble. I came in with short notice since another shop my truck was at screwed the pooch hard core and I was in desperate need of help. Came across these guys. Brought the truck in, they repaired my issue in a VERY timely manner. After it was repaired, a technician ended up messing up the A/C compressor. Brought it up to the desk, didn't want moneh back or anything, really wasn't mad at all, just wanted it to work. Both the owners were upset that this left their shop like it did. Offered my money back multiple times. I refused until they finally insisted. They did the repair, for free at this point, which I would say again was not needed. Not only that, but they covered the repair and the A/C compressor!
Would 10/10 recommend again and again and have multiple times.
