I must say we were very pleased with On Time Solutions. It was a great experience working with William. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was able to give me many avenues of approach based of my budget. I have had them come back since the first time. I would definitely recommend them if your looking to get something done. The prices were great as well and his response time was great.

I had four cameras installed, the initial job went very well. However, the after care is where this company really shines! From replacing a faulty camera to assisting with settings and login issues these guys always answer the call, literally!

Really pleased and highly recommend this company for commercial-grade security cameras for the home. I went with On Time Solutions because while they may not have as many reviews as other companies, ALL OF THEM ARE POSITIVE. And well deserved, according to my experience. William came to my home 1 hour after I called-timing just happened to work out-to do an estimate. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made recommendations after hearing what I wanted. I also asked for 2 personal references and when I spoke with them they gave rave reviews on their Dahua security camera system and for William's quick response on returning calls, patiently answering all their questions, and fixing any rare issues afterwards. My installation was quickly and professionally done several days later by William, Leon, and Eduardo; all of them are really nice guys and wore facemasks and shoe covers inside the house. I love the Dahua security system that they installed and would recommend this over Hikvision, which is more antiquated and seems to have frequent software problem according to many reviews I read. Am very happy that William was able to hard-wire each of my 14 cameras through ethernet cable. All but 2 cameras are 4k with the new night color feature, and those other 2 are 5 megapixel cameras with night color plus audio so I can heard outside sounds through the camera (something one of the ladies that I spoke with for a reference mentioned enthusiastically). 3 of the other 4K cameras also have audio. William also was able to run a mouse extender cable all the way from the garage to the other side of my house so I could see and control the security system DVR from my bedroom instead of going to the garage. I don't think any other company would have thought to do this. Everything is hardwired to eliminate wi-fi EMF radiation. Also love how the security cameras look-high quality, sleek, and sophisticated. Wouldn't recommend any other company for residential or commercial security system installation.

Very professional and able to give suggestions what would be best for our home security, William was very nice and worked very quickly. I’m very happy and satisfied with the job he did I would highly recommend him to anyone as he is very informative and very knowledgeable. No worries of messes left behind and called for a follow up.

William and his partner installed a 8 camera system including 3 security lights, they were professional and thought everything through with wire management and camera placement.

He answered all of our questions and went through setup with us even after a very long day and so far I’m happy with the system. All appointments were kept and he showed up right on time every day.

I contacted them to request an estimate and William came out at my earliest convenience. He gave me a complete property survey and was very thorough and explained a lot. After getting 3 other estimates, I chose On Time Solutions. They came out on a Sunday and installed an 8 camera (5mp) system with a 2 terabyte HD. I liked the equipment they used; commercial quality. The equipment came with a 2 year warranty! The installation only took about 5 hours, and they were very good about cleaning up when the job was done. I highly recommend On Time Solutions for your CCTV System needs.

Contact On Time solutions to upgrade my security cameras. Spoke to William and he gave options and quotes on different type of systems TVI or IP. So I upgrade to IP system and installed 8 camera residential security camera system. It has been performing perfectly and I am very pleased with the performance and the picture quality. He did a good job with the difficult task of hiding the mass of cables at my house which I would describe as challenging.

As far as I am concerned William is definitely the go to guy for this type of system. He was and is worth every penny.

I called William with On Time Solutions to have our business security cameras updated. He was quick to return my call and meet me at our place if business. All our questions were answered and concerns addressed. William was very patient and helpful with us as we had many questions after.
