Their bill is surprisingly out of market price range ($374 after discount for a short office visit with low complexity). This is 2-3 times more expensive than other medical service providers in the bay area.

I made an appointment the night before stating I had chest pain and trouble breathing. When I got to my appointment the nurse took my vitals, then said there was nothing she could do for me as they don’t have EKG or x ray there. She told me to go to an urgent care down the street. So what’s the purpose of OneMedical then? I shouldn’t have even gone here.
She didn’t charge me for the appointment which was nice of her, but I think they should have told me to go somewhere else over the phone before my appointment, as they knew what I was coming in with.

I made an appointment at this branch, but the doctor I saw was unhelpful and provided no useful information. Despite that, I received a bill for $549, which I find to be a complete waste of both time and money. Upon contacting OneMedical, they explained that their services are limited to recommendations and appointment scheduling. So, why is this place associated with OneMedical? What sorting algorithm do they use? And why wasn't I informed about the price range prior to my visit?

Don't waste your time! The parking lot is so busy that it took 15 minutes to find a space and I was late. I saw two car accidents and multiple issues of road rage by aggressive Trader Joe's. Oh and beware, One Medical only has one nurse/PA on staff - and they close for a 90 minute lunch (without telling anyone!) I wasted an hour today attempting to get bloodwork only to find them closed for 90 minutes. What a joke. Find a local MD and establish a relationship with them and your family. Don't play roulette with your health care at the One Medical drive thru window. Save your car as well, unless you want some aggressive SVLer plowing into your car and really wrecking your day! You have been warned.
