Been a one medical patient for a while now and this was my first time at this location. I’ve always felt like a person when visiting other one medical locations, however, this location made me feel like a number. I wasn’t listened to and the level of care that was provided to me I could’ve googled and gotten the same answers. I would go elsewhere.

This practice used to be one of the best. Now it’s one of the worst. Not only has my HIPPA privacy been violated by this practice: I was gaslit into it somehow being “my fault. ” Their care is subpar, and you can never call the office- instead you’ll be routed to a call center. One medical exists to make money and that’s it. Avoid at all cost.
