One Paseo Living, San Diego CA

I love living at One Paseo! The location is ideal and the amenities are all gorgeous. I swear it feels like living at a resort, right down to the VIP treatment I get from the management team.

I don't understand why any business would refuse US Tender yet I was told CC only. Why would any business impede sales? Can only assume they overcharge to throw business away. How One Paseo justifies advertises Del Mar when the zip code is 92130 San Diego. The original name of the area was North City West now Carmel Valley neither are used by USPS. I've witnessed the refusal of US Tender and speaking down to customers explaining in Del Mar they are moving away from cash.
1. Del Mar retail is not turning away cash.
2. They are not in Del Mar.
One Paseo, you are a nice place and a beautiful location just being who you are. Integrity is important.

Great complex with amazing amenities. One thing I cannot stand is the package stealing going on during the holidays. I've had 3 packages stolen and another lady I spoke to has had 4 stolen in the past few weeks.

Noise lots of noise everywhere. Don’t rent near loading dock 2 if you want to keep your sanity. Apartments are also very cheap. They look “fancy” ish … but reality is the build quality is extremely subpar. Maintenance is usually really responsive but appliances never work so we have to keep calling maintenance all the time. Good amenities but kind of dirty.

I recently moved from New York to San Diego. I moved into One Paseo and I must say that its been an absolutely amazing experience. Raegan from the leasing office helped me to get set up here. She was awesome. The amenities are incredible. What I love most is the shopping and dining options which are literally foot steps away. This is not an apartment complex, it feels like I'm living in a resort. So far, so great. I definitely recommend this place!

We just moved in and have had a highly positive experience so far. The complex is well-kept and quiet. The apartments and amenities are excellent.

Updating our review here to also give a shout out to Mac, the Community Manager, who has been very helpful and responsive when we have needed to communicate with management. I also would like to commend David and Santiago with the maintenance team, who are excellent and have been an integral part of our living experience here and are always a pleasure to interact with. Raegan and Dan in the leasing office are always super friendly and helpful and an asset to the community.

We recently moved from Manhattan and looked at apartments all over San Diego. One Paseo checked all of our boxes. The amenities, walkability, and staff are wonderful. The property is very well maintained and safe. We worked with Dan in the leasing office who was excellent. We’ve been here three weeks and are very happy.

We moved into One Paseo after relocating from the East Coast. It has exceeded ALL of our expectations. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the staff incredibly friendly and attentive, beautiful apartments, amenities that are better than some of the resorts we have stayed in. We actually joke that we live in an all inclusive resort since we would never need to leave if we didn't go to work. You can walk to everything - shops and restaurants of One Paseo, grocery stores, and the beaches of Del Mar are just down the street. We might never leave.

You can hear EVERYTHING that’s going above you. It sounds like bowling balls are being dropped when people walk. Do NOT move here.

Amenities are nice though.

I have had the pleasure of residing at One Paseo since summer of 2022. The team here, including Kendra, Dan, and Mac, have been nothing but respectful, diligent, and welcoming. The apartment space is great, along with awesome amenities. Thanks for allowing me to make this space my home!

Been living here for a while and not a fan
1. They will use security to kick you out of the hot tub if you dare stay in it even 5 minutes past 10pm
2. I’ve never actually seen their coffee machines work
3. They never respond to email. Not like they respond slowly, they never respond at all. Not once
4. Outdated and damaged gym equipment and some that is actually dangerous to use and they refuse to fix it
5. You pay $100 if you lose your key fob
6. They took 4 months to pay me for the “free rent benefit “ and yet when I was 1 day late for paying rent they charged me late fees. They don’t care to hold themselves to a timely payment standard but you better pay on the day or else

update: they replaced the bent barbel so i will upgrade to 2 stars

A GREAT place to live - gorgeous architectural design! Very clean, modern; lap-size pool (heated year round) w/shower area, hot tub; superb fitness center w/high end equipment & a room for private group training; multiple lounges, community events and AMAZING STAFF! Walking steps to shops and fine dining. Centrally located. Near Powerhouse Beach & Torrey Pines State Beach, Del Mar Racetrack. A short drive to UTC Mall, UCSD, La Jolla and San Diego Airport. Maintenance was prompt. Security was thoughtful and so helpful! Attentive manager & staff.

We are fortunate to call One Paseo home and its a spectacular place to call home. From the moment you arrive, you feel this is what your best life should be. The amenities are world class, as is the local shopping and dining and the general feel you get when you are here is amazing. What really sets this place apart though is the staff. They have some incredible talent (Dan, Bernard, Regan, Ben, Lance) who make this place really special. We are really grateful to be a part of this amazing place.

Great community, super clean & safe. Has great amenities (5/5 pool, 5/5 gym) and shared community rooms. The leasing agent team and community manager including Dan, Bernard & Raegan are also always super helpful & kind whenever assistance is needed. The maintenance team is equally as helpful and kind and prompt when addressing maintenance issues.

It is expensive but there aren't many apartment complexes that compare to a facility like this.

We have lived here for almost three years, through Covid and many changes in management. The property is immaculately maintained and feels like living at a 5 star hotel. The amenities and location, including the upscale restaurants and retail within walking-distance are world class. The existing property management team is the very best to date. Mac, the new GM is simply outstanding. Dan, Adriana and Bernard have all been at the property for a while and they truly feel like family. New resident services staff including Brandon Kendra and Josh, are all exceptionally accommodating. I love where I live!

The amenities are great. Special mention to the maintenance team who are very responsive and, from my experience, go the extra mile to address any of my concerns.

This apartment is really, really great. Not only the amenities of this community, but also the kind caring and service of the managers make my mind comfortable and a safe life.
