One Plant Dispensary Antioch

First time experience, last time going. I’m finally getting the courage to write this, and I don’t usually do these kinds of reviews. And 2 stars is being generous. I went to the One Plant Halloween event this past weekend and it was wild! It was really fun, for a brief moment. I went with my partner who convinced me to go since he is a regular there, and I had heard from another friend of mine that aside from the other, bigger creepy bald security guard, it was a great experience. We had a great time but it was cut short and didn’t even make it into the store. Reason was the older, more withered male security guard. We had noticed he was acting a little funny and when we approached to ask a question, he reeked of alcohol! He was slurring his words and wasn’t subtle about hiding it. What’s worse is that man was ARMED! I wanted to find out what company he worked for but he didn’t have any kind of distinguishing markings except for a patch on his vest (I believe). I was immediately put off and convinced my partner to leave. A few people had noticed before we left as well, especially when watching him hugging and talking inappropriately to another female customer. Maybe it was someone he knew, idk but regardless highly inappropriate and unprofessional! I didn’t want to stay anymore. I really wanted to experience the full effect of the storefront since my partner always spoke highly of the staff, but after witnessing that, I think We’ll take our chances somewhere else a little less stressful.

I usually don’t get delivery service but for my first time it was awesome spoke with a nice lady over the phone while I made my account and once done everything worked just like she said the gentleman that came to make delivery was very on point and nice also I wish I had more cash one me to I could have gave a better tip can’t wait to do more business with them again o yeah and I love the Stizzy products I got

Decent Prices. I like the point system. Helpful bud tenders. I've had good and bad experiences here. Alot more good then bad. Definitely try it our if you haven't yet.

Good place to buy your goodies and needs. Needed something for sleep and found the right product. Friendly and helpful

Top shelf customer service. I normally hit roy or big "P". These guys are on top of their game, the vibe is dope. Energy is threw the roof.

Excellent bud service from the minute I walked in. Gianna was delightful and I’m Excited to be shopping in this spot. Gianna went above and beyond and seems to have a good understanding of the products available. 5 stars for Gianna

I forgot to post from above so her is from tonight. I enjoyed my experience and visit with Johnika. It was almost closing and yet she took extra time to not make me feel rushed. She is very kind and knowledgeable and happily exuberant about it. Yup she deserves a tip!

In addition, I love ️ my pot place! Been to the others in town. So this comes from experience when I say best pot store in town!

Your team always provides excellent customer service. That is the main reason I come here. It's feels comfy when im there. Kinda like home. Keep up the good work.

Great job was having trouble getting my meds to fit my budget came home very happy under budget thanks one plant I'll be back

First visit and this place is awesome. The people working are so down to earth and cool - no pressure at all, just helpful. Chris helped us and he is awesome - prices are excellent and more than fair. Thank you

One Plant is the only dispensary in Antioch I choose to visit. They have a great selection of products. All of the Bud Tenders are terrific but if you get a chance to meet CHRIS, he's amazing!

Damn never been blessed this much here at one plant Antioch major shout out to johnika, persy and the other guy there today. Really came through for me saved me a trip! Can't thank them enough for their excellent customer service always there to educate and help anyone who needs it!

Let me start by telling you I don’t make review posts I just throw down some stars. Derek the bud tender was Super knowledgeable and takes hella pride in knowing what he’s selling, honest, Openly opinionated For the right reasons, knew about flavor profiles, Harvest dates, everything. I had questions because other businesses like to sell my old product with no knowledge about how the product would taste or make me feel, One plant Will have you covered. I didn’t get her Name but the Gorl with the green in her hair who checked me out was really nice and helpful as well especially when I Was deciding on my Trick Or treat bag!

Customer service was AWESOME! Only 4 stars because there was quite a bit of shake and tiny nuggs (although I'm cool with the tiny nuggs). Wish they had a way to get a good look and smell.
I would recommend. Ryan was cool and helpful.

One of my go-to shops! I always leave here happier than when I came in! Couldn't ask for a better experience with grabbing my medicine for the day!
