This business was extremely helpful! My 88 year old mom had lamp bulbs that were burning out frequently. They told me that the bulb was way to strong for the socket. This is a huge cause of a fire! They immediately replaced the sockets and told me the appropriate bulbs to purchase. I had drove from a couple hours out of the area. They did it while I waited at a reasonable price. They were extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough!

Never STOP lighting is what it should be named. My light arrived and they never called to tell us. I called the store and the lady said my light just arrived; it didn't, the date on the box is much earlier. Lady with dark auburn hair is just plane rude. Doesn't say thank you or good bye. Doesn't say follow me to the back of the store; just expects me to follow her. She yells at her help and he yells back at her telling her the customer is going to have to wait because he's still looking for another customer's box; while he rifles through a disheveled van in the back of the store. She walked away without saying a word to me. I went out to my car to wait because I don't need to see their horrible work relationship. After a total of 30 minutes, he gave me my light. Walks away without saying a word. Everything that can be bought here can be bought online and with less attitude. Use the showroom to see what you like in person then order it directly. They will ship it to you and they are a lot nicer. Never again!

The lady with the blond hair who ordered my light was kind, professional and helpful as heck. She's the only saving grace in that store. Put her in charge.

I don't think I've ever been at a store with better customer service.
At One Stop Lighting, the staff are all super friendly and they bend over backwards to accommodate your every need, including showing you options based on your design style, and even giving me a basic education on LED to inform a lot of lighting decisions in my home when we did construction.
They have an excellent variety and I've gotten so much there, from pendants to vanity lights to under-the-counter-lights to chandelier crystals and bulbs!
I don't usually write reviews, but my experience today compelled me to- I wanted to buy two more of a bulb I was already using, but when I installed them, they seemed a slightly different shade, which could likely be because my original bulb was older/in use for a while! When I brought them back to the store, wondering if I had gotten the wrong ones, they instantly gave me three new bulbs, free of charge.
It is always a pleasure to shop at OSL!

They definitely live up to their name. Excellent selection and reasonable prices. Many of the items I purchased they had in store. Their selection of what is available to order is unlimited. I got everything I needed for my new home in one trip. Also, once they understand what style you like they can make recommendations for you. I’m very happy and I would definitely go back.

Our family and in laws all have shopped at OSL for over 25 years. Their quality of product and willingness to work with in a budget is rare at other places. Their patience in identifying that piece that surpasses your expectations makes us leave there excited every single time. The original owner Frank's son is beyond insightful, kind, fast moving and obliging beyond today's standards. Any problem we have ever had they have quickly moved to solve. Grateful for their assistance.

Don’t order from this company! It is impossible to talk to a real person and the pictures of the lights are very small so not easy to know what you are ordering. I ordered two pendants and when I received them they were too bright of a color so I wanted to return them. I tried calling, emailing, emailing thru paypal and entering my info on the 1stoplighting asking for a return. I got an email back 3 times saying someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours but no one ever responded to ma any of the times I tried contacting them. Now I am out 147$ with no recourse.

STAY AWAY OWNER HAD NO REQUIRED FACE COVERING DURING COVID-19 MANDATE
WHEN WE ASKED HIM HE FLAT OUT REFUSED. ACTUALLY WALKED WITHIN THREE FEET OF OUR FACE. LEFT THE STORE. AS ANYONE SHOULD
WE DROVE TO LAMPS PLUS IN VENTURA 20 miles FURTHER AND EVERYONE HAD A MASK ON AND SUCH A GREAT STAFF CLEANING MERCHANDISE COUNTERS ETC.
EVERYONE HAD A MASK ON AND WE SPENT OVER $1,800 on TWO FANS AND TWO WALL SCONCES
STAY SAFE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE BUT ONE STOP COVID FILLED
