One Vision Optometry, Eastvale CA

I took my 9 year old daughter for an eye exam today and we had the best experience! She was a little nervous but everyone that helped us was extremely kind and friendly. Dr. Owei is amazing and the lady who helped us pick out frames was so patient with us as we tried on so many frames and was very helpful to us picking out the right size and fit. I will be recommending One Vision Optometry to everyone I know.

They are amazing! All the staff is fiendly and courteous. We had a wonderful experience for the whole family. My two year old was going crazy (terrible two's) and the receptionist gave him something to play with and as for my daughter, all of us being new patients, they were kind enough to go out of their way to fix her current broken glasses mean while her new ones arrived. The optometrist takes her time to thoroughly explain and examine her patients.

I work on the computer as my job and have autoimmune conditions. Dr. Le has found solutions for me, as well as for the kids of the person who referred me and for swimmers. She knows so many cutting edge treatments I hadn't heard of before. She genuinely cares for each of her patients and their families. I would give 100 stars if I could.

It has been a real blessing to have found this optometry for my family. My daughters and I have been patients here since it opened its door and we had nothing but the best experiences so far. Over the past few years, Dr. Lee was able to slightly reduce of my daughter's prescription as well as mine. Her Ortho K treatment on my daughter has helped her tremendously by not only reducing her prescription but also help her playing her favorite sports all the time without worrying to wear the glasses or lenses all the time. I recommend this optometry to all my friends and anyone reading this review.

This place is absolutely amazing! I love coming here! The whole staff always has smiles, they even remember you. My whole Family goes here and I'm trying to convert my boyfriend's family over here too, because they are THAT good.:)

Recently moved to the Eastvale area did my research and was not disappointed. Dr. Alazigha Owei at One Vision optometry was absolutely amazing honestly the best optometrist I've ever had. Excellent chair side manners.

After complaining, the office was able to find another frame and replaced my broken fram free of charge.its my fault that the rep came in before her scheduled visit? I started this warranty request on October 25th. I was told by you staff (which I have little faith understand how to their job) to bring the glasses back to your office before December 7th so the Ray-Ban rep can see the broken piece. Your staff should be better educated on how to diagnose a problem with glasses. She literally didn't know how to pass along the problem to Luxottica.
Now I must wait another month or who knows how long before I get my glasses fixed. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE PLEASE CONTACT ME TO FIX THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY!

Bought some Ray-Bans and they broke within 3 months. The rep isn't coming to the store or the company isn't standing behind their product. I've come to get it fixed 3 times with no resolution.
